This questionnaire is only intended to gather requisite information for WizIQs content and marketing teams in order to create the public course page. WizIQ will list the course in the WizIQ Public Course List widening the reach of your course to students worldwide. WizIQ will work with you to draft and create the course page capturing the best practices and lessons from creating other course pages. WizIQ will promote the course on WizIQ through relevant ads contextual ads bring more relevant traffic to WizIQ. WizIQ will contact students who show interest in your course by filling up call back form we help them with questions related to the course. WizIQ will conduct technical training of the students and assist the students in making a payment by multiple methods available with us enabling more students to pay for the course. WizIQ may offer a discount on top of the discount/ price you mention in this questionnaire. However, payments to you will be always based on the price you mention. Here is an example: a. Your course is say for $50. If we sell the course for $40 you will be paid as if it sold for $50 [after deducting WizIQ commission]. b. If we sell the course for $75 you will get paid for $75 [after deducting WizIQ commission]. The commission structure for all courses from now on will be as below: 6% Transactional cost: - for all self-paced course. 6% transactional +19% marketing fee: For courses with live classes.

Note: - If your course only has once a fortnight/month live class to support selfpaced learning, we will classify it as self-paced course. The payments for the public as well as private courses are made to the teachers PayPal account as below: In case of asynchronous course the payment would be made within 15 days of the student enrolling in a course In case of synchronous course the payment would be made in two parts. 50% after 50% classes are delivered or first 5 classes are delivered, and next 50% after full course is completed If you want to enrol your own student for the course, you would have to ask the student to sign up on www.wiziq.com and provide us with the students email address.

The teacher holds the rights to the content and the classes that he/she are taking for the course. If a teacher leaves a course mid-way without intimating WizIQ, WizIQ can hold back on complete course payments as well as cancel the teachers account on WizIQ. By filling the questionnaire and sending it back, you agree to these terms.
