Preferred format for ads are Acrobat 5 compatible high resolution PDFs
with all fonts and images embedded. Digital file media accepted include
CD-R’s, (Mac formatted 100MB) and email for ads less than 5 MB. Full
page ads should be the trim size of 8 1/8” x 10 7/8”. For vector art, convert
all fonts to outlines saved in an Illustrator 10 format. Most other formats
accepted.
