Project Manager- Consultant Initiated the project plan and implementation of a Tour store for the Warner Bros. Tour department. This included creating an RFP, coordinating vendor proposals. Designed an implementation plan and monitored status reports for the start up of the warehouse and merchandising system. Contracted with Warner Bros. Finance department as a systems trainer to train management and Senior management for SAP R3 integration. Trained WB managers and Sr. executives on the following courses: Procurement Process & Reporting, Internal Reporting, and Controlling Reports for both Cost Centers and Profit Centers. Director of Retail Systems Successfully Project Managed the initial implementation of STS/Epicor software for the worldwide operations of Warner Bros. Stores/Catalog/Online including; Merchandising, POS, Sales Audit, Kronos , Financial Reporting, Warehousing and Distribution.

Expedited processing time for stores communications by managing the installation of a private Internet from store to the corporate office. This included all HR/Payroll timekeeping, labor Scheduling system, Credit card processing, Posting of store sales, and e-mails. Project Managed a task force that designed new stores operations of the international retails systems warehouse, stores, and business offices. Managed the host vendor on all international system modification and training. On site supervision for the first four international stores Go Live dates. Co-Chaired a task force that coordinated the implementation of a national distribution centers that supported 150 store locations. Responsible for the system/policy set up, testing and training. Facilitator for the Retail Systems Steering Committee with Sr. Management, which researches various systems and application strategies to further enhance the system needs of cross functional departments. Member of the New Store Opening Team for set up of merchandise, systems, and policies. On site training at the stores/warehouse locations for point of sale, inventory control and loss prevention.
