Course Leader: Rob Plevin


Rob Plevin is the Author of 'Magic Classroom Management - How to Get The Most from the Worst Kids in School' - a highly practical and down-to-earth guide for all teachers, lecturers and youth workers. His second book 'The Needs Focused Approach - A Simple Behaviour Management Strategy That Works' will be published in 2008. He has extensive experience working with difficult and vulnerable children and teenagers, having worked in challenging residential settings and tough schools for the last 15 years. Ofsted described his lessons as 'exemplary' and he was praised by an LEA advisor as being an extremely gifted and talented teacher.' He provides training in Needs-Focused Behavior Management for Universities, LEAs, Colleges and Schools in the UK and abroad. Rob is the originator of the Needs-Focued Approach. The day was truly inspirational, and Im sure any teacher, regardless of their skill level or experience, would gain a lot from this course.
