instruction. DI is a process through
which teachers enhance learning by
matching student characteristics to
instruction and assessment.
2. We watched a video on Differentiated
Instruction and reviewed worksheets
about different DI Strategies. My group
focused on learning contracts.
3. During lab work, we learned how auto-
summary works and how to use
readability statistics.
4. We also chose the chapter in which we
will be experts in. Dr. Gradel had long

are able to choose what they
would like to work on from
choices given by the teacher
and set a due date, so that
the student does not feel
pressured.

Clusty is a great search engine for
children because they aren’t that good
to come up with key words.

I-lighter. We found an article on the
web and used I-lighter to highlight
information we thought was important.
The information was then saved to I-
