Who was paying cyberstalker Seth Allen? The pool of--
suspects seems limited to Aaron Worthing, Mandy Nagy,
John Patrick Frey, and Andrew Breitbart. While not
mentioned in this email Los Angeles County Deputy D.A.
John Patrick Frey is known to have cut Seth Allen lose
from any support 48 hours before this was sent.
Also note that there are only eight people in the u.S.
named Aaron Worthing, none of them live in D.C., and
none are attorneys. This is an obvious pseudonym for a
lawyer involved in Frey's Patterico.com. It isn't him or his
wife, who is also an attorney - they presumably vacation
together and this identity is active when they are traveling.

the next court session. But this is bogus. I need to know who this sherriff is. The record is in that

Allen totally freaked out after Frey abandoned him. Mandy
Nagy was concerned enough about what was happening
that she contacted the Easton, Massachusetts police
department and reported the threat that Seth Allen
represented.
What is seen below is a request for expanded discovery in
civil suit 339254-V. Based on the email with murder threat
the four people named above, Aaron Worthing, Mandy
Nagy, John Patrick Frey, and Andrew Breitbart all have to
answer interrogatories regarding their communications with
Allen.

The interrogatories from Allen, Breitbart, Frey, Nagy, and
Worthington were due yesterday. Only Allen has
responded, and the manner of his response will likely earn
him an arrest warrant in Montgomery County.
I speculate here, but given the duration of the stalking, the
mental harm, and the financial damage to Kimberlin's non-
profit he will probably pursue Breitbart, Frey, Nagy, and
Worthington until he gets satisfaction. The court will
permit the victim to rummage through email, bank and tax
records, and so forth.
The motivation for this activity isn't hard to discern-

This is a grassroots effort to make Breitbart, James
O'Keefe, and Hannah Giles responsible for the harm done
to ACORN by getting them indicted for violating
Maryland's wire tap laws.
Maryland is a two party state and the ACORN workers here
were recorded without their consent. This is a felony. The
only reason it hasn't been prosecuted is that We, The
People have not yet made it clear enough to the following
people.
