Job includes handling technical presentations, organizing web demos for international clients and integration of Newgen products, Configuring and deploying web based applications on various application servers like Apache/Tomcat, Web sphere and Jboss. Interacting with the management, team, and associates to facilitate smooth communication to understand and analyze the requirement and also to identify appropriate solutions for problems, if any like bug fixing, error resolution & change requests. After analysis drafting and getting approval on SRS. Tools to exercise this includes Microsoft Visio. Instrumental in customer expectations, UAT Sign Off and Site Handover Designing & creation of physical database, devising strategy for backups, recovery & fine-tuning. Adept in handling database administration mainly data acquisition, creating database applications, maintaining databases / server space with source code. Setting up and maintaining documentation and standards. Handling activities such as designing & creation of database. Providing inputs gathered from customers, prospects and implementation engineers for Product Roadmap & Test Plan. The project was aimed at Centralizing the Document Management System and integration with CRM. Project also focuses on streamlining their DMS/Record Management Policies and easy and efficient search and retrieval of their records and documents. The Integration of our DMS system was done with CRM. The project involved implementation and conducting a detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Database was Oracle 10G and JBoss application server was deployed. The project involved implementation and conducting a detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training.
