Ed is the President of ExeQserve and its Chief Consultant. He is a career advisor, an Advanced Toastmaster and a consummate blogger (http://anythinghr.blogspot.com) Ed rose from the ranks from being a store clerk in a convenience store chain to head of training departments of two large companies and then eventually managed the HR Department of several IT and BPO companies. Edwin took up A.B. Mass Communication at New Era University; Ed has conducted numerous training on Leadership, Management Basics, Performance Management, Team Building, Customer Service, Creativity and Innovation, Trainers Training, Strategic Planning, Maintaining Discipline in the Workplace, Work Attitude and Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, Effective Interpersonal communication, Strategic HR Management and a few others for dozens of organizations in various industries.
Eric T. Monte
Eric has more than twenty-five years of training & consultancy experience specializing in Human Resource Development & Organizational Development. As an HR/OD Training Intervention Consultant, he has done professional consultancy services for several local & multi-national firms like Development Bank of the Phils., Metro Bank, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Avaya Communications, Matsushita National-Panasonic, Jollibee Food Industries & McDonalds Phils. He has wide experience in Leadership Development Training, Team Building, Sales Training, Values Reengineering, Customer Service, etc. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Top 10% of the Graduating class & U.S. Veterans Scholar) in Trinity College of Quezon City in 1982. Major in Industrial Psychology Minor in Economics. He is a Certificate Holder for Territorial Management for Masters in Marketing Management Program at the College of Saint Benilde of De La Salle University. He is also a certified Life Coach.
