What is IMBU You are involved in operation of many Assets of different types in different locations.

Operation of each Asset is vital to your company. Downtime costs money. You want to stay in-touch with your Operations, 24/7, also when you're onthe-road. You want to be able to detect outages as soon as they occur. During discussions you like to have Operations data available to illustrate the point you're making or to set future KPI's with your team. IMBU is the answer to the question "What if you could re-design Asset Monitoring with today's state-of-the-art technologies" IMBU is iPad based, instant-on, Operational data available under your nger-tips IMBU is aggregation of data through machine and location groups offering you a helicopter view of your operations IMBU is multiple languages integrated where you can switch from language to language during a conversation.

Who uses IMBU IMBU is used by any organization operating many assets divided in machine-groups and locationgroups. Examples are... Oil and Gas Oil and Gas Operators who have a mix of pumps, compressors, turbines, diesel- and gas-engines divided through multiple eld locations. Mining Mining companies who operate heavy machinery use IMBU to monitor availability & used capacity of their assets.

Pipeline operators Pipeline operators typically operate multiple stations with different types of equipment. IMBU allows station managers & operators to get a detailed view on their individual compressors. Upper management can get an aggregated view over full compressorstation & company operation.

Your company? Any company owning a (large) number of assets, vital to their operation, may use IMBU to keep track of their performance. Advantages of IMBU IMBU aggregates data into asset and location groups, data is automatically aggregated making it easy to analyze, IMBU is iPad based, instant-on. IMBU stays with you when you travel, Operational data is available ofine. You are always in touch with your operations, IMBU speaks multiple languages like Kazakh, Russian, Chinese and English and can therefore be used as a bridge to interface with colleges speaking another language,

IMBU is designed for area's with low-bandwith or no connectivity at all and will continue to offer a rich way of interfacing with data even when you are ofine, IMBU interfaces in many ways, either through IMBU Transmitters using digital I/O, 4-20 mA, RS485, RS232, Modbus uploading data through e.g. GPRS or through a software API connecting to an existing data-centre in which data is already being stored. There is always a way to connect your Operations data to IMBU Features of IMBU Assets are placed in asset-groups and location-groups, operational data is processed and made available in a hierarchical manner. Rich graphs are used to display performance over time, either of asset-groups or of individual assets. There are multiple ways to browse through time and select certain periods. Once picked-up, data stays available on the iPad for ofine use, multiple years of data are stored. IMBU is designed to work with low-bandwith gprs connections. Transmitters are build for harsh eld-conditions and will transmit data when a network is available. If there is no network available data will be stored in onboard 2 gig memory. Transmitters are designed to connect to gprs or ethernet to transmit data to the IMBU data-center Transmitters can be used in the eld to interface to many different signals including (but not limited to) RS485 modbus, 4-20 mA analogue signals, digital outputs. Software API's can be used to transfer data from existing data centers to the IMBU data-center. Transmitters are easy to install & congure. Due to its de-centralized nature and use of standardized hardware & communication infrastructure, overall pricing of IMBU is very low. From the start security has been a top priority. All communications are heavily encrypted.

How does IMBU work? IMBU accepts operational data coming from multiple existing sources or picks-up data through eld-installed Transmitters. Transmitters connect to e.g. 4-20 mA signals, RS485 modbus or digital outputs. Data is transmitted over GPRS or Ethernet (TCP/IP) to the IMBU data-center hosted in the cloud. Upon arrival of the data it will be aggregated to build the hierarchical data-structure. The IMBU iPad app uses log-in credentials to connect to the data center and pick-up the latest operational data.

How exible is IMBU? IMBU has been build for scalability. There is no large hardware infrastructure. IMBU can grow with the company. It can start small with 10-100 assets. When the company adds assets, IMBU can be added to each new asset and registered in the backend. IMBU is Software as a Service (SaaS). This means IMBU is a turn-key service, data transfer and management of the data center are all included into the contract. IMBU users pay an all inclusive at-fee per asset per month.

What could IMBU mean for your organization? Have you been lacking a good detailed overview of your organization performance? IMBU offer you a clear detailed overview of how all assets are operating. It allows a quick comparison between different production locations & machine groups. IMBU can be used by anybody in your organization. Higher-up management will use IMBU to get a good view upon organization performance throughout shorter and longer periods to set KPIs. Maintenance & Operation will use IMBU to understand is certain assets are up and running.
