Made certain that all drivers documents, including licenses and Department of Transportation (DOT) were updated; directly supervised motor vehicle registries (MVR) every six months as well as drivers fingerprints and background checking. Maintained car schedules for service within drivers schedule; dispatched last-minute appointments. Documented complaints and compliments from clients; reviewed insurance papers and coverage constantly; and managed non-emergency patient scheduling. Rendered support to drivers in the process involving necessary documentations, such as drivers license, DOT cards, MVR, green cards, SOS cards, as well as with fingerprints and background checks and Taxi License. WORK CHRONOLOGY I have recently put myself back in the job market. After Where 2 Transportation let me go in 2010, I lost both parents. I was the only one here to care for my dad and he suffered for 2 years. It took awhile but I know life goes on. If I learned anything during this time it was always look for the humor in life, do not take yourself too seriously, and it feels better to laugh than cry. I am looking forward to getting back out there and doing a great job for someone. I have maintained my computer skills, and am on the Internet daily.
