Preventive Maintenance Schedule Preventive maintance program has been Performed according to the below mentioned procedure. If any abnormalities, deviations found during preventive maintenance, same should be mentioned in Comments section. Preventive maintenance period in mentioned in years. The corresponding number should be rounded according to the Year of preventive maintenance program. Gray colored boxes meant for Not to perform. If period cell is clear then we have to clean and verify the certain parts. If black circle appears then part should be replaced. Test Name 1. Cleaning of entire flow lines.
Replace the Solvents in all the channels with water. Purge the system thoroughly. Replace the column with union with 3ml/min and equal ration for all channel flush for 30 minutes. Repeat this procedure with IPA and again with water.

2. Cleaning of Suction filters.

If the filters were glass then soak in 10%Nitic acid overnight & wash with water thouroghly. Other wise sonicate all the suction filters with organic solvent for an hour.

3. Verification of Inline fileter.

With 1ml/Min flow check back pressure developing by inline filter if exceeds 5 bar clean/replace the same

4. Check valve in and Out verification

Open and sonicate the cartridge of inletvalve and total outlet valve in Organic solvent then in water.

5. Plunger seal and plunger cleaning

Open pump head clean the plunger thoroughly with IPA and check for scratches. If appear replace the plungers otherwise clean and reassemble.

6. Cleaning of Needle & Needle seat/seal.

Move the needle up open the needle seat or needle if number of injections less than 1000 clean the both by sonication else, replace the needle seal.

7. Adjusting the needle position.

Inject from blank vial and verify the moments of needle if found any misalignment adjust the same.

8. Cleaning/replacing the high pressure Rotor seal.

Open and clean the High pressure rotor with IPA If found any scratches on Rotor replace the same.

9. Lubrication of pneumatic/Robotic arms.

Clean the arms to remove earlier lubrication and apply low viscocity lubricating oil/gease which is applicable.

10. Flow cell cleaning.

Open the two quartz lenses and clean with IPA & Ethanol thoroughly. If found any scratches on leanses replace the same.
