AICTC provides the training and i do the mobilization of the youth,

women and girls to attend the training to raise their voices via electronic interaction.

Registration of Women and Girls, creation of e-mail addresses to

cover issues on Gender, GBV and Gender Justice throughout the year (including 16 Days Campaign, Speak out campaign, Ministry of Gender Regional visit, contributions to the parliamentary debates)
Both women (70%) and men (30%) received the training and are

now able to log onto the internet and Gender links website to join the cyber dialogues.

internet facilities, and are now able to interact and communicate within the Erongo Region, nationally and globally. They can now log in at the centre and cyber dialogue with the rest of the SADC to discuss issues on GBV and Gender balance.

We EDUCATE and TRAIN young girls and WOMEN As a gender activist, public relations practitioner

and as the person task with establishing an equal and conducive environment to the community of Arandis town, schools and organizations, i address the gender stereotypes in education & training as well as Gender based violence through the P.P.R.C, Crime stoppers, Girl child project and Cyber Dialogue. By involving the media during the launch, press releases, 16 Days as well as engaging 70% women to Cyber Dialogue promote equal representation and my request to the Deputy Minister of Youth to open a Centre in Arandis, is in accordance with Article 12.1 that provides for equal representation of women in decision making positions by 2015.

Thus i learned that through training this women and girls about internet and Cyber Dialogue, they now can raise their concerns and actively participate in National debates and law reform strategies.
