Maintenance cannot be applied to following cases: 1. When any Unauthorized Programs being installed, such as: 1. Outlook Express 2. Pop3 Mail 3. Internet Explorer Toolbar Any Downloaded files from websites or any other programs Any VIRUS on the system ($350 to system Diagnostic & reconfiguration) Windows System Configuration Changes without any notification such as: 1. User ID Changes 2. Firewall Changes 3. Network Configuration Changes
