To better prepare myself for a medical school curriculum, I have enrolled in a Biochemistry course at the University of Pittsburgh for the summer term. I also plan to volunteer at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute in order to get more medical research exposure. Further, I will volunteer at our local Emergency Medical Service as an EMT.
