Chick pea Salad

Ingredients

Chickpea boiled 3 cup Tomato 2 Onion 1 Green coriander 1 bunch Lemon juice 2 tbsp Ketchup 1/2 cup Chili sauce 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Salad leaves for garnishing

Cooking Directions
1. In a bowl combine boiled chickpeas, finely chopped coriander, chopped onion and tomato. 2. In another bowl combine chili sauce, ketchup, salt, oil and lemon juice to make dressing. 3. Now pour the dressing over the chickpeas just before serving and mix well. 4. Garnish and serve

Chicken and pasta salad

Ingredients

Boneless chicken 1/2 kg julienne cut Boiled pasta 1 cup Capsicum 2 Spring onion 4 Carrot 2 Tomato 2 Cucumber 2 Onion 2 Cabbage 1 medium White pepper 1 tsp

Chicken powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Soya sauce 2 tbsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Oil 4 tbsp Olive oil 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions
1. Remove seeds of cucumber, capsicum, tomato and cut in julienne shape. 2. Add white pepper, salt and olive oil to boiled pasta. 3. In a pan saute garlic and add chicken and saute. 4. When chicken is cooked add all julienne cut vegetables, rest of the oil, white pepper, chicken powder, salt soya sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice and saute. 5. In a platter takeout chicken and vegetables and at sides spread boiled pasta. 6. Serve and enjoy.

Coleslaw

Ingredients

Cabbage 1/2 finely shredded Carrot 1 cut into fine shreds Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Lemon juice 1 tsp Mayo 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Milk 3 tbsp Caster sugar 1 tbsp White vinegar 1/4 tsp

Cooking Directions
1. Whisk all the ingredients (other than cabbage and carrots) together, until well mixed.

2. Pour over the cabbage and carrots and toss well. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Coleslaw is ready to enjoy.

Macroni salad

Ingredients

Macaroni 1 cup (boiled) Chicken 1 cup (boiled) Cucumber 1 Potato 1 (boiled) Tomato 1 Lettuce leaves 4 Garlic 2 (crushed) Olive oil 1 tbsp Salt tsp Black pepper tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Coriander 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions
1. Cut cucumber, boiled potato and tomato into thin pieces. 2. Now take a bowl, add boiled macaroni and vegetables pieces. 3. In another bowl mix well lemon juice, black pepper, salt, crushed garlic and olive oil. 4. Then add spices mixture into macaroni bowl and mix all. 5. Take out in a serving dish and garnished with lettuces leaves, coriander and serve

Chicken macroni salad

Ingredients

Boiled chicken 1 cup (cubed) Boiled macaroni 1, cup

Capsicum finely chopped 1 For Dressing: Crushed red pepper to taste Sugar 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp Chopped coriander 1 tbsp Oregano leaves tsp Salt tsp Cream 2 tbsp heaped Mayonnaise 3 tbsp heaped Ketchup 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions
1. Put all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk. 2. Put all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss. 3. Pour the dressing in the salad, toss again. 4. Serve chilled in lettuce cups.

Green salad

Ingredients

Tomatoes 2 Cucumber 1 Green Chillies 1 Capsicum 1 Onions 1 Olives 4-6 Cheese 1 cup Olive oil 1 tbsp Oregano tsp Lemon juice 4 tbsp Salt tsp

Cooking Directions

1. Finely cut all the vegetables and mix them in a bowl (tomatoes, cucumber, green chilies, capsicums, onions, olives, lemon juice and salt). 2. Add seasonings oregano and salt. 3. In the end sprinkle grated cheese and drizzle some olive oil. 4. Toss it well and refrigerate. 5. Serve fresh and enjoy.
