appearing that the relief requested in the Rescheduling Order is in the best interests of the Debtors, their estates and their creditors; and notice of the Courts consideration of the Rescheduling Order is good and sufficient; and no further notice of the relief requested in the Motion seeking entry of the Rescheduling Order is required; and after due deliberation and cause appearing therefor; it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to enter the Rescheduling Order shall be heard on an 9:00 a.
