appearing that the relief requested in the Rescheduling Order is in the best interests of the Debtors, their estates and their creditors; and notice of the Courts consideration of the Rescheduling Order is good and sufficient; and no further notice of the relief requested in the Motion seeking entry of the Rescheduling Order is required; and after due deliberation and cause appearing therefor; it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to enter the Rescheduling Order shall be heard on an 9:00 a. April 17 expedited basis on ___________________, 2012, at _______ __.m., Courtroom 2, in the United States Bankruptcy Court, 701 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee 37203; and it is further ORDERED that any and all objections to entry of the Rescheduling Order must be filed with the Court and served so as to be received by Debtors counsel (listed below) by no later than 4:00 p.
