EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A project study at Aircel Business Solutions for two months was done as a part of MBA curriculum under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Aircel Business Solutions (ABS) is the enterprise division of Aircel, which addresses the telecom requirements of International and Indian markets with an array of industry-leading products and services. The main objective of my project is to study the market potential of broadband connectivity among small and medium scale industries in Bangalore city. The sampling technique used for this study was simple random sampling and the sample size was 200. Data from various small and medium enterprises are collected in the span of two months. The tool which I used to analyze the data was percentage analysis method and the datas where put in tabular form as well as in chart form also. As a result of this survey, after doing the percentage analysis on various factors I was able to conclude that there is a great potential for broadband connectivity in the Bangalore city.
