The First Day

Facilities Tour
No one likes to feel lost or disoriented, especially on the first day of work. Thats why a tour of the facility is important on a new employees first day. A facility tour can be specific and includes areas that pertain to their job and/or general to give them a broad overview of your companys processes. Tip: Tours are often a good time to make personal introductions. This helps employees know not only who people are, but also where they can find them.
