S

kin cancer is the most com-

mon form of cancer in the
United States. Over half of
all new cancers are skin cancers
and more than one million new
cases of skin cancer will be diag-
nosed this year in the U.S.
Approximately 10,000 people will
die of skin cancer this year. Most
skin cancers have a very high cure
rate if detected and treated early.
The primary cause of skin cancer
is excessive sun exposure; other
causes include radiation, viral
infections, trauma, genetics, and
immunosuppression.
Types of Skin Cancers
The majority of all new skin
cancers are basal cell cancers and
squamous cell cancers; melanomas
comprise the rest. More than 76
percent of skin cancer deaths are
from melanoma, and there will be
about 100,000 new cases of
melanoma in 2012. One person
dies of melanoma every hour.
Currently one in 37 Americans
has a lifetime risk of developing
melanoma; this incidence has
more than tripled among
Caucasians between 1980 and
2012. If detected in the early
stages, melanoma can be treated
successfully.
Common Warning Signs
A very common and early
potential sign of skin cancer is
known as actinic keratosis (A.K).
A.K. may appear as rough, red,
scaly patches, sores or crusts on
the top layer of the skin. Basal cell
and squamous cell cancers arise
within the top layer of the skin as
a scaly area or bump that persists
and bleeds. They usually appear
on the sun-exposed areas of the
body, including the face, forearms,
and neck. Melanoma usually
begins as a mottled, light-brown-
to-black flat blemish with irregu-
lar borders. It may turn shades of
red, blue or white, crust on the
surface, and bleed.

HAVE YOU TRIED
THE DRS SYSTEM?
Treatment of
herniated and
degenerative discs
without surgery.
I
f youre a parent, when does
the responsibility of provid-
ing for your children cease
to exist? When they are 18?
When they finish trade school
or college? After they secure
their first job? When you stop
working and must be depend-
ent on your portfolio to live?
When you die? Or is the
answer: it never ends?!
I think about this ques-
tion quite often as a parent of
four wonderful kids. With over
30 years of asking this question
to hundreds of prospects and
clients, one can imagine there
have been many answers from
couples and their children, too.
Some couples disagree as to the
answer to my question, causing
some deep friction between
them at times. Most though,
agree with their spouse
whether to provide or not to
provide for them up to or after
a certain time in their chil-
drens lives. Biblically, it isnt
clear. Regardless of which book
you read, they all describe it
about the same way. The perti-
nent pages read: Provide for
your family. What the reli-
gious books dont say is for how
long and under what condi-
tions. They do not say provide
when you are alive or when you
are dead. The books fail to
mention if you must provide
when you are sick or when you
are well. Nor do they say when
you are young or old. If I may
paraphrase, they just say to pro-
vide for your family. Does this
mean that providing for my
family is all encompassing?
Does this mean without end, in
duration of time or duration of
your funds? Does this translate
into: I should do without, so my
children may prosper? Is there a
limit to my provisions?
Interestingly, providing
can be interpreted as an educa-
tion in a profession or trade, so
that they may become self-suf-
ficient, eventually being able to
provide for their own children.
This concept works very well
for most families, but some-
times there are bumps in the
road, like when the child loses
his job or gets divorced, with
some children moving back
home with the parents that cel-
ebrated their childrens depar-

aybe you're close to
losing it! What the
heck are we talking
about? Diamonds! Every year,
thousands of people lose dia-
monds, big and small, from
their settings. Why? Because
over time the gold or plat-
inum that holds the stones
wears away. It's
a fact: If you're
wearing it, then
you're wearing
it slowly away.
We find that
the average life
of a prong is
about 10 years.
Jewelry items
such as neck-
laces and ear-
rings usually don't get the
abuse a ring or bracelet
receives, so prongs on these
pieces tend to last much
longer. Sometimes prongs
aren't worn, but have been
bent, which also can give a
stone an opportunity to fall
out.
So what can you do
about it? Well, if you haven't
lost it yet, you should make it
a point to go every so often to
whatever jeweler it is you
trust. Ask the jeweler to
check the integrity of your
prongs and the tightness of
your stones. Most jewelers do
this as a courtesy to their
clients and never charge for
this service. If you don't have
a favorite jeweler or yours is
too far away, we would be
happy to check your jewelry
for you no charge!
What if there is a prob-
lem? The usual fixes and costs
are: repair a bent prong ($10
or less), retip a worn prong
(between $12-$20 per
Have you lost it?!
T
he dental and medical
community is viewing
oral health as a major
pillar of overall health.
Having a healthy mouth is
becoming even more impor-
tant to everyone. Here are just
a few statistics that suggest a
strong correlation between
oral and systematic (body)
health.
Research at a recent
American Heart Association
meeting said as few as two
dental cleanings per year can
reduce a persons risk of heart
attack by 25 percent.
Dental sleep therapy can
help the 20 million people
who suffer from obstructive
sleep apnea. They are at a
greater risk for cardiovascular
disease. Effective treatment of
sleep apnea patients can add
ten years to their lives.
Appropriate periodontal
(gum) treatment is effective
in lowering the A1C levels in
diabetic patients as most med-
ications, but without adverse
side effects. (A1C level is a
three-month average of the
blood sugar level).
Oral inflammation re-
duction in diabetic patients
can reduce the yearly health
care costs by up to 25 percent.
Studies show that Lp-PLA2
levels can be lowered by oral
inflammation reduction. (Lp-
PLA2 is an enzyme related to
cardiovascular disease, con-
gestive heart disease, and
stroke.)
Oral bio-film-associated
disease surpassed heart disease
in total cost of health care.
Bacteria live in a bio-film.
These bio-films cause more
than 75 percent of all bacteri-
al infections in humans. Oral
bio-films are associated with
almost all oral infections,
including cavities.
Inflammatory by prod-
ucts similar to those in the
mouth have been implicated
in osteoarthritis.
This new information
will be changing dentistry.
The dentist will be more than
he has ever been before, being
able to screen or even prevent
medical problems. A total
wellness exam, dental exam,
microbial assessment, genetic
testing, saliva diagnostics, and
health assessment may be the
norm with dental visits in the
future.
The next part in this
series will describe current
and future medical testing
that dentists will be able to
perform.

I
started Jeremies Boot
Camp with my cousin and
only anticipated doing it
for one month. Well, its now
eight months later and I am so
glad that I stuck with it. I
absolutely love it! I work full
time, do part-time work on
special projects, am a graduate
student, and am raising a fami-
ly, so the excuse of having no
time just doesnt cut it!
Jeremie is encouraging
and creative. He brings a
remarkable amount of enthusi-
asm, energy, and experience to
the workouts. I am constantly
challenged by new exercises.
There is a wonderful feeling of
camaraderie as well as account-
ability from the other women
in the camp. And Jeremie has
an engaging personality that
makes you want to work hard
and push yourself past what
you thought you could do. Of
course, it is hard work, but
Jeremie makes you want to
achieve your goals through
constant encouragement and
great tips.
I had never worked out
before the boot camp and I
have seen tremendous results
in a very short period of time.
Im 40 years old and feel fit-
ter and healthier than I have
ever felt in my life. I am con-
fident that I could not have
reached this new level of fit-
ness without Jeremies guid-
ance, support, and expertise.
Inches are shrinking off and
co-workers and friends keep
telling me how great I look.
More importantly, though, I
feel so much better!
I am going away on a trip
and decided to step up my
workout and take my body to
the next fitness level, so I
began Jeremies XR-30 pro-
gram (www.thunderfitness
.net). Jeremie has a special gift
of making you work to your full
potential and at the same time
makes the workout enjoyable.
He genuinely cares about his
clients and it really shows.
His personal attention
and cheerful, caring manner
are unbeatable. I am amazed at
the time and care he puts into
ensuring that I do things cor-
rectly so I get the most value
from the exercise. He will
design an exercise program to
meet your specific fitness goals.
He has enabled me to do
things I was never able to do
before and I truly believe he
has created a much more ener-
getic, confident, and happier
me!
I wholeheartedly recom-
mend Jeremies programs!

S
chool of Rock, the
nationwide music educa-
tion program, will be
opening a franchise location in
Wayne at 1055 Hamburg
Turnpike in the Wedgewood
Plaza in early June.
School of Rock offers an
exciting way for young musi-
cians, ages 7 and up, to develop
their skills on guitar, bass,
drums, keyboards, or vocals,
said Matt Sandoski, owner of
School of Rock Montclair. We
dont just give kids one-on-one
lessons; we cast them into
bands and get them onstage at
real rock venues, playing songs
from the greatest artists of all
time. This pioneering perform-
ance-based approach inspires
kids to practice more, make
new friends, develop valuable
confidence and leadership
skills, and also have a great
time, he said.
Sandoski won a Gram-
my in 2002 as a mastering
engineer. He also works as a
sound and recording engineer
with the band Citizen Cope,
which has a new song that
will be featured in the
upcoming film Battleship.
Sandoskis Montclair fran-
chise, which opened in 2010,
has been profiled on The
Today Show, Good Day
New York, and WCBS-AM.

W
e continually hear
and read reports on
the escalating cost
of higher education. However,
two tax credits are available to
provide some relief for taxpay-
ers who are paying these educa-
tion costs for themselves
or family members. The
American Opportunity Tax
Credit and Lifetime Learning
Credit are available in 2012 to
help students and parents cover
the cost of higher education.
Taxpayers will generally use the
American Opportunity Tax
Credit, as opposed to the
Lifetime Learning Credit, since
it will yield a greater monetary
benefit.
The American Oppor-
tunity Tax Credit is a per stu-
dent credit that may be claimed
for each eligible student pursu-
ing an undergraduate degree or
other recognized education cre-
dential. The student must be
enrolled at least half-time for
one academic period to qualify
for the credit.
The maximum American
Opportunity Tax Credit is
$2,500 per student in 2012
based on 100 percent of the
first $2,000 and 25 percent of
the next $2,000 of the qualified
tuition and related expenses
paid during the tax year for
education furnished to an eligi-
ble student. Qualified expenses
include tuition and fees and
course-related books, supplies,
and equipment. Forty percent
of the credit is refundable,
which means that you may be
able to receive up to $1,000
even if you owe no taxes. This
credit does phase out, but is
generally available to eligible
taxpayers whose modified
adjusted gross income is less
than $80,000 or $160,000 for
married couples filing a joint
return.
Unlike the American
Opportunity Tax Credit, the
Lifetime Learning Credit is a
per taxpayer (per return) cred-
it, rather than a per student
credit. It is available for all
years of post-secondary educa-
tion, including graduate level
degree work, and for courses to
acquire or improve job skills
(e.g. work-related community
college courses). The student
does not have to be pursuing a
degree or other recognized edu-
cation credential to obtain the
credit.
For 2012, the maximum
Lifetime Learning Credit
allowed is $2,000 (20 percent
of up to $10,000 of the aggre-
gate qualified tuition and relat-
ed expenses paid during the tax
year for education furnished to
an eligible student during any
academic period). Qualified
expenses include tuition and
fees and course-related books,
supplies, and equipment, but

If you notice a mole on
your skin, follow the ABCD
rule for melanoma:
Asymmetry: one half
does not match the other.
Border Irregularity: the edges
are ragged or notched.
Color: the pigment is not
uniform; shades of tan,
brown or black are present.
Diameter: the width is more
than six millimeters, about
the size of a pencil eraser.
A mole that has
increased in size, a new mole,
or a mole that is different or
ugly requires prompt med-
ical attention. Prevention
and early detection are key.
In order to prevent AK's and
skin cancer, you should fol-
low these three steps:
1.Wear sunscreen of at least
SPF 15, wear protective
clothing, and avoid the sun
between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
2.Perform periodic self-
examinations.
3.See your dermatologist
immediately if you suspect
skin cancer.

O
dds are during your
daily scratching and
petting session with
your dog or cat there will come
a time when you find a lump or
bump. Don't panic! Fido isn't
dying, but he does need to take
a trip to the veterinarian.
As they age, dogs and cats,
like people, will develop warts
and masses. The most common
time of life for tumors to begin
to form is middle age, around 5
years and older. Not all tumors
mean your pet has cancer.
Any animal, from the
very young to the very old, can
develop a skin or subcutaneous
growth. Many tumors are
benign. Benign tumors do not
spread to other organs or tis-
sues. Sometimes benign tumors
need to be removed because
they impinge on surrounding
structures, thereby causing
problems. Also, if they might
break open and cause infection,
they need to be removed.
If you find a mass
(growth) on your pet, ask your
veterinarian to examine it.
Your veterinarian will aspirate
the mass, which means using a
needle to collect a sample of
the cells inside, or suggest a
biopsy where a larger tissue
sample is taken. Cats are less
prone than dogs are to develop-
ing skin and subcutaneous
tumors, but both types of pets
will need veterinary care for a
growth.
Many dogs get lipomas as
they age. A lipoma is a benign
fatty tumor that feels like a soft
mass. It is common in older
animals. When we aspirate it,
we just see fat. No treatment is
necessary unless it is causing
problems for neighboring areas.
Lipomas are typically suspected
by your veterinarian feeling
them, but some more serious
malignant tumors can feel sim-
ilar and therefore a lipoma
should only be diagnosed by
taking a sample of the lump
with a needle aspirate or biopsy.
Unfortunately, some
tumors are malignant, or can-
cerous. If your vet-
erinarian thinks a
mass may be malig-
nant, more diagnos-
tic tests need to be
done. These tumors
can and usually do
spread to other
organs, causing
problems through-
out the body.
Where a tumor will
spread depends on the type of
tumor.
Treatment for these
malignant tumors is usually sur-
gical removal and can be fol-
lowed by either chemotherapy
or radiation, depending on the
tumor type. Radiation therapy
is recommended when not all
of the tumor can be removed
surgically. Chemotherapy is
used when there is a high risk
that the tumor will spread to
other parts of the body.
When you notice a lump
or bump on your pet, it is best
to have a veterinarian look at it
soon. Many pets have lumps all
their lives that remain benign,
but if a lump is malignant, your
pet has a better prognosis if
treated early.

I
n April 2012, a wildfire
broke out in a compost
pile in an area on Staten
Island, NY, that formerly
housed the Fresh Kills
Landfill. Residents across the
island worried if the billowing
smoke rising into the sky was
toxic in nature as a result of
the years of trash that had
been buried in the soil.
Though its understand-
able to worry about contami-
nants that could be polluting
outdoor air, its important not
to overlook indoor air quality
as well when planning on sell-
ing your home.
According to the
Environmental Protection
Agency, air inside people's
homes can be two to five
times more polluted than air
outside the home. Although
the EPA regulates the quality
of outdoor air and monitors
potential contaminants, the
air inside one's home is his or
her own domain. Oftentimes,
people do not realize how pol-
luted the air in their homes
and businesses can be.
Cigarette smoke, radon, car-
bon monoxide, lead-laden
dust from old paints, dirt-filled
carpet, household cleaners,
and furniture made with wood
glue containing formaldehyde
are all sources of indoor air
pollution. Even cooking on a
gas stove may introduce high
levels of nitrogen dioxide into
the air, causing respiratory
problems.
The National Safety
Council says that Americans
spend about 90 percent of
their time indoors, so poor air
quality can greatly affect per-
sonal health. There are sever-
al steps that can be taken to
improve the quality of indoor
air.
1.Open the windows and let
fresh air circulate. It is impor-
tant to change the air inside of
the home several times a day
to prevent the buildup of pol-
lutants. Even opening win-
dows a crack can help.
2.Change the filters on home

Dont Miss It!
L
eading the summer
blockbusters this year is
Disney and Marvels lat-
est project, the box office hit
The Avengers, which brings
many of your favorite super-
heroes together for the first
time on the big screen. Join the
Avengers Initiative with
Captain America, Iron Man,
Thor, the Incredible Hulk,
Black Widow, and Hawkeye,
under the leadership of Nick
Fury, as they take on the
demigod Loki in an epic battle
for the salvation of humanity.
Fans who have seen the
superheroes in their prior films
and stayed for the end credits
will recall each hero being
approached by a mysterious
man identified as Nick Fury
(Samuel L. Jackson) with an
opportunity called the
Avengers Initiative. The
Avengers is the long awaited
assembly of this team. After
Loki crosses realms and arrives
on Earth, he plans a devious
plot to enslave mankind in an
act of revenge on his brother,
Thor. When Loki begins taking
humans captive to open a por-
tal to the other realms to sum-
mon his army, Fury assembles
the recruited Avengers. Not
used to working together, the
Avengers face one of their
greatest challenges yet: setting
aside their differences and their
pride to become a team. Each
character faces his own flaws
that he must overcome in order
for the Avengers to come
together successfully and defeat
Loki in order to save the world.
In addition to Samuel L.
Jackson, the all-star cast is led
by Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron
Man, Chris Evans as Captain
America, and Scarlett
Johanssen as Black Widow.
The Avengers is filled with
intense action scenes from the
opening until the very end.
The film is also available in 3-
D, which greatly enhances the
special effects and provides a
more entertaining experience.
In addition to stunning special
effects, the film is overall clean
and family-friendly. Marvel
fans will not be disappointed as
the film is not simply just super-
heroes in action, but also con-
tains a well-developed and
thought-out plotline. The film
does an excellent job of bring-
ing four different storylines
together and intertwining
them to produce a successful
and entertaining story that fans
will greatly enjoy.
Filled with suspense,
action, and humor, The
Avengers provides an entertain-
ing movie experience for audi-
ences of all ages. After seeing
the film, one can clearly under-
stand why it is breaking box
office records. Dont forget to
stay for the end credits for two
extra scenes. For an even better
experience and more action,
see the film in Imax 3-D; it is
well worth it!
The Avengers is rated PG-
13 for intense sequences of
action and is now playing in
theaters everywhere.

B
urger DeLuxe in
Wayne is far from your
average burger joint.
Although branding says
burger, the menu is full of
heavenly manifestations in
the form of specialty entrees,
homemade appetizers, and
knee-weakening desserts.
I need to preface this
review by telling you that I
just came back from a four-
month stint in Scotland,
where ... well, lets just say
the food variety is subpar. As
a self-acclaimed foodie and
recovering glutton, a country
with restaurants that serve
half portions and then charge
double does not jive well for
me. Since Ive been back in
the States I have been on a
rampage, absolutely gorging
myself with all the best foods
in the area. When we were
contacted by Zeki Yesilyurt
at Burger DeLuxe, I was all
too happy to try it out.
Zeki started off by bring-
ing us some of his homemade
appetizers, stressing that the
majority of the food served is
homemade. He placed a large
bowl full of loaded nachos, a
plate with warm pita neatly
arranged around a bowl of
some of the best hummus Ive
tasted, and savory spinach
pastry pies filled with creamy
feta. Clearly each dish was
made from scratch, explod-
ing with flavor and prepared
with the proper consistency.
Additionally, each appetizer
Zeki brought out had a spe-
cific sauce to complement it.
Guiltlessly, I dove into the
nachos, with alternating
bites of the spinach pies and
pita, almost forgetting that
there was much more to
come.
Burgers are the obvious
specialty at Burger DeLuxe
and certainly for good rea-
son. My mind was blown at
some of Zekis interpretations
of the hamburger, from the
French Onion Burger to the
Salmon Burger, and even the
spicy En Fuego. The second I
bit into the French Onion
Burger, I knew it was true
love. A brothy juice poured
from the meat as bits of
caramelized onions and Swiss
cheese joined it. The only
way I could describe my
experience with this burger
was feeling like I had actual-
ly bitten into French Onion
Soup.
My partner took one
bite of the En Fuego burger,
with its jalapeos,
habaneros, and pepper jack
cheese, and instantly grabbed
for his homemade watermel-
on lemonade. With a grin on
his face, he exclaimed, Now
that is on fire! Each bite of
meaty goodness confirmed
for us why the Burger
DeLuxe burger was recently
rated one of the top five in
New Jersey.
Beyond the burgers are
several specialty entrees,
including the creamy Skillet
Mac and Cheese, the pan-
seared salmon, and even a
fish and chips platter. Salads
and sandwiches are also
available, including the BD
Grilled Cheese, oozing with
four cheeses, bacon, and
tomato. I will dream about
that grilled cheese for the
rest of my life. Served on
pressed sourdough bread and
lightly crusted with
Parmesan, it was easily the
best Ive ever had. But thats
not all.
The dessert menu was
calling no, shouting my
name. Desserts are hit or miss
at any restaurant. Some have
a long list but nothing excit-
ing, while others have only
one or two available. This
list had both the quantity
and quality sweet-tooths
crave, including fried Oreos
and cheesecake, a Toll House
cookie sundae, a wide variety
of specialty cupcakes
(including cookie dough,
which I inhaled in seconds),
and of course, milkshakes.
Located at 1420 Route
23 North in Wayne, Burger
DeLuxe is more than just a
burger. Stop in to try one of
its many delicious options,
and maybe even fall in love
with the French Onion
Burger the way I did. For
more information visit

online, or call 973-305-0033.

ating healthy doesn't
ALWAYS have to be
boring! These turkey-
stuffed bell peppers are the per-
fect meal for those days when
you're bored of eating healthy.
Shhhh, your taste buds won't
suspect that this dish is low-
carb and protein-filled. Serve
over a bed of greens for a com-
plete meal.
Servings: 5
Here's what you need...
5 organic bell peppers
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh
basil, minced
1 yellow onion, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh
rosemary, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
dash of salt and pepper 20
oz organic ground turkey,
99% fat free
1 organic tomato,
chopped
3
4 cup spaghetti sauce
1
4 cup shredded
mozzarella cheese
Bring a large pot of water
to boil, add a pinch of salt. Cut
the tops off the bell peppers
and remove the seeds. Place in
the boiling water, using a spoon
to keep them submerged for 3
minutes or until the skin is
slightly softened. Drain and set
aside.
Preheat the oven to 350
degrees F. Prepare a baking pan
with non-stick cooking spray
and set aside.
In a large skillet heat the oil
on medium. Add the garlic,
basil, onion, rosemary, parsley,
salt and pepper. Cook for about
5 minutes, until the onions
begin to soften.
Add the ground turkey and
continue to heat until the meat
is browned. Add the tomato
and cook for another 2 min-
utes.
Remove from heat. Pour the
spaghetti sauce into the turkey
mixture and mix well. Add the
cheese and mix until well com-
bined.
Stuff each prepared bell pep-
per with the turkey mixture
and place on prepared baking
sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes
until the bell peppers are-
tender.

Let me offer a suggestion
to this dilemma. It is incum-
bent among parents to teach
their children, or if they are
unable to themselves, provide
from experts an education in
financial matters. Further, a
parental boost of opening and
funding a long-term savings or
investment account would be a
wise choice in exposing their
children to the nuances of
money matters, removing the
fears, mystique, and shroud of
darkness surrounding the sub-
ject of money. The days of
opening a passbook savings
account for the kids as their
entire financial education has
gone the way of the dinosaur.
Mutual funds, ETFs, individual
stocks and bonds, life insurance
and annuities, property and
casualty insurance, and person-
al and employer-related retire-
ment plans must be a part of
the curriculum at a minimum.
Investment strategies such as
buy and hold, dollar cost aver-
aging, the Rules of 72 and 115,
and the Trinity Method of
Investing must also be includ-
ed. Developing good habits of
living below one's means and
Dont buy it unless you can
pay for it are rules that should
be memorized like times tables
in elementary school.
As important as it is to
grow a portfolio, it is also
imperative to learn how to pro-
tect a portfolio from all of the
negative forces in life that can
compromise it. One day your
childs portfolio may well
become his major source of
income during his retirement
years.
I advise my clients that to

inheritance but not an entitle-
ment, and if there are grand-
children, a lot of grandparents
desire to provide for them in
some way as well. If there were
only more funds to go around
you can imagine I hear this all
too frequently. The bottom line
of every financial plan is simply
this: Both you and your spouse,
your children and grandchil-
dren will be elated, contented,
or disappointed by your ability
or inability to provide during
your lifetime. Now with the
turbulent and volatile econom-
ic times in which we live, it is
imperative that you have a plan
that works and that you
methodically work your plan to
accomplish your financial goals
for everyone that is depending
on you to provide!
Readers: You are invited to my
upcoming free retirement and
estate planning workshop series
June 5, 6, and 7 in Wayne. See
the green flier in this paper or
call us for specific details!

education institution for
enrollment. The maximum
credit is limited to the tax you
must pay on your return-the
credit is nonrefundable.
(Special rules apply for AMT.)
This credit does phase out, but
the full credit is generally avail-
able to eligible taxpayers whose
modified adjusted gross income
is less than $52,000 or
$104,000 for married couples
filing a joint return in 2012.
Although several of the
rules and requirements are
the same for both education

tax year. However, this does
not prevent a taxpayer from
claiming a different credit

ferent students in the same
tax year.
