VoIP Billing Solution: Large Cable Company in the US Patni delivered VoIP billing solution that addressed the critical delivery objectives in a cost-effective, risk-managed engagement model while maintaining a very aggressive delivery schedule. To ensure the optimal customer experience and highest cost-efficiencies, key OSS applications were integrated, including multiple ordering, mediation, tax, billing and financial applications.Billing integration streams, including staged billing, were also implemented which allowed feeder systems to contribute to an invoice as well as enable near-real-time, webbased presentation to the customer.
