Yard has agreement with client to hire workshop including tools and facilities at client yard at Miri Sarawak. Tasks involved: Prepare construction schedule. Report weekly progress to project manager/general manager. Liaise with consultant for Shop Drawing, NC Code and block 3d modelling control. Material & consumable controlling. Manage sub contractors for Man power plan.

Liaise with client for tools and facility plan. Liaise with local ABS surveyor for inspection. WPS and WQT preparation. Lifting procedure of blocks.
