A TEMPORARY CONSENSUAL SUB/SLAVE CONTRACT

Section 1 - Purpose 1.1 This contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement that defines in specific terms the relationship and interaction between two individuals, hereafter termed the sub/slave and the Mistress. This agreement is binding only between the two people listed. This agreement must be entered voluntarily with both parties agreeing to the conditions. Section 2 - Term 2.1 This contract shall begin on the ____ day of ________, 2012, at _____ Eastern Time, and shall continue until the _____ day of ______, 2012, at 6:00 pm Eastern Time. 2.2 This period of time will herein be known as the Enslavement Term. Section 3 - Mistresss responsibilities and rights 3.1 The Mistress has the right to do anything the Mistress may choose to do with the sub/slave, whether as punishment, for the Mistress's amusement, or for whatever purpose the Mistress desires, no matter how painful, unpleasant, or uncomfortable to the slave. (Only exception is sub/slave using safe word). 3.2 The Mistress accepts no responsibility for the slave's pleasure during the relationship described, during the enslavement term. 3.3 The Mistress may re-mold the slave's body, habits, and attitudes to whatever the Mistress desires. 3.4 The Mistress may, at the Mistress's discretion, administer pain or pleasure at any time the Mistress desires. 3.5 The Mistress has the right to ask any question of the sub/slave and has the right to expect the slave to answer truthfully and completely, to the best of the sub/slave's knowledge. If the Mistress suspects that the sub/slave is not disclosing the best answer to the sub/slave's knowledge, the Mistress may interrogate the sub/slave to acquire the best answer to the sub/slave's knowledge 3.6 The Mistress may administer criticism and punishment to the sub/slave in any way

the Mistress feels appropriate. 3.7 If the sub/slave does not understand the criticism, the way it has been communicated by the Mistress, the Mistress accepts no responsibility for the consequences of the sub/slave not understanding. Section 4 sub/slave responsibilities and rights 4.1 The sub/slave has no rights, except those specifically listed in this contract and shall be considered the property of the Mistress. 4.2 The sub/slave will strive diligently to re-mold the sub/slave's body, habits, and attitudes in accordance with the Mistress's desires. 4.3 The sub/slave agrees to change the slave's actions and speech to express the slave's changed habits and attitudes 4.4 The sub/slave shall relinquish control of all aspects of his body, including, but not limited to, what he wears, what is placed in or on his body, when he orgasms, when and where he eliminates, and what he eats and drinks. 4.5 The sub/slave shall assume instantly any position taught to him by the Mistress gracefully and as specified by the Mistress. 4.6 The sub/slave shall at all times try to learn how to please the Mistress. 4.7 The sub/slave renounces all rights to privacy or concealment from the Mistress. The sub/slave will answer truthfully and completely, to the best of the sub/slave's knowledge, any and all questions the Mistress may ask of the sub/slave 4.8 The sub/slave unconditionally accepts, as the Mistress's right, anything the Mistress may choose to do with the sub/slave, whether as punishment, for the Mistress's amusement, or for whatever purpose the mater desires, no matter how painful, unpleasant, or uncomfortable to the sub/slave (only exception is use of safe word). 4.9 The Mistress will command the sub/slave at all times and will expect the sub/slave to seek the Mistress's comfort, pleasure and well-being, above all other considerations that the slave may have. 4.10 The slave shall perform any and all tasks and rituals assigned by the Mistress including, but not limited to, undressing (both himself and the Mistress), hand feeding the Mistress, massaging the Mistress, dancing, masturbation, and various oral, anal, and vaginal sex acts. 4.11 The sub/slave shall perform any and all tasks and rituals assigned by the Mistress

including, but not limited to, undressing, hand feeding, massaging, dancing, masturbation, and various oral, anal, and vaginal sex acts for the benefit of third parties as instructed and supervised by Mistress. Section 5 - Punishment 5.1 The Mistress has every right to punish the sub/slave for not adhering to the commands of Mistress and may be punished in any way the Mistress sees fit. 5.2 Both Parties understand and agree that any failure by the sub/slave to comply fully with the Mistress's desires shall be regarded as sufficient cause for any punishment the Mistress deems appropriate 5.3 The Mistress may, at the Mistress's discretion, administer pain or pleasure at any time the Mistress desires with or without any reason. Section 6 - Safe Word 6.1 Both the Mistress and sub/slave understand and agree that if at any time the sub/slave can not take any more of whatever the Mistress is doing the sub/slave will call out the safe word(s). Yellow = almost to red either in area or position, possible discussion to commence. RED = Stop ASAP. GREEN = Good as Gold, continue at will. 6.2 The termination of contract, is upon discussion and written format. Verbal is only temporary. Since all limits of the sub/slave are described in this Contract only a violation of this Contract shall be grounds for use of the termination of this Contract. 6.3 If after the Safe word is uttered more than once by the sub/slave because the Mistress has either continued to disregard or has repeatedly, in isolated situations, disregarded the safe word, this Contract shall terminate. Section 7 - Hard Limits and Boundaries 7.1 During the enslavement term, the sub/slave places the following restrictions on the Mistress, as negotiated boundaries that the Mistress will not violate under any circumstances during the enslavement term. The Mistress shall not: 7.2 At no time shall the sub/slave be asked to perform an illegal activity. 7.3 At no time shall the sub/slave be treated in a way, or asked to perform tasks that would lead to the following: i. Permanent bodily harm including, but not limited to, death, internal bleeding, drastic loss of circulation, broken bones, scarring from burns or cuts.

ii. Unsafe exposure to sexually transmitted disease. iii. Loss of consciousness. iv. Starvation or dehydration. v. Permanent marks. 7.4 At no time shall the sub/slave be asked to play with animals. 7.5 At no time shall the sub/slave be asked to play with children. 7.6 At no time shall the sub/slave be asked to participate in scat play. 7.7 At no time shall the sub/slave be permanently marked, scared, branded, or tattooed by Mistress. 7.8 At no time shall the slave be required to discuss, discontinue, abandon or jeopardize his vanilla life. Section 8 - Termination 8.1 This contract shall terminate as described in Section 2 above. 8.3 This contract may be terminated after both parties agree that irreconcilable differences in the relationship have been reached. All avenues of recourse to repair the relationship must be investigated fully to the Mistress's satisfaction before termination. Upon reaching such agreement, the Mistress shall have final approval of termination of contract. Section 9 - Modification 9.1 This contract may not be altered or modified, except when both Mistress and slave agree. If the contract is altered or modified, a new contract shall be printed and signed, and then the old contract must be destroyed. Of my own free will, I Mistress, hereby accept slave, as my full responsibility and care, of both the slave's body and mind as described above.
