The Bhagavad Gita tells us that all knowledge of the universe lies within us in our soul
because we are part of the Brahmatva (Primordial Soul) and share a part of His Great Intellect. Answers to questions on any topic for humankind can be found within the wisdom of the Self and from the intellect and writings of the Rsis. Only Self-realized souls can retrieve information from these sources. In the past Rsis within the Sanatana Dharma have orally handed down great scriptural shrutis from the celestial library in this way. A pure soul a pure spirit in samadhi like Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami a legend during his time, has written a book which has revealed the origins of Man on the planet Earth. Willed to mankind during the last years of his life before his Mahasamadhi (2001), his great work the Lemurian Scrolls is the astonishing revelation of our beginnings, our development, our concerns, struggles and attainments during our early life on this planet. The chapter on Timeline which compares scientific dating with the tenets presented in the book, are remarkable similar. Ignorance of metaphysical knowledge is the Wests greatest predicament. Wisdom comes from intuitiive thinking, the mind in superconsciousness. We can only divine for

ourselves the Truth this way. We then exercise the Truth in making decisions that are sattvic righteous, virtuous. The Truth is within us. We are not distinct from the Supreme Person but of the same quality, individually a part of the whole cosmos a part of the Paramatma - the Supersoul. We are priviledged to be born in human form. Many births of our soul preceded this birth, proceeding from the lower species. Lack of metaphysical knowledge will prevent us from merging back into the Paramatma. However through austerities, penance, and devotional service, hearing and reading about Gods Glories, will we be able to start on the path of liberation from material suffering and eventually reach Godhead. The Origin of Humankind tells us how life started here on Earth, and why we are here.

The first journey

Mans journey to earth started from the constellation of the Pleiades in Taurus (M45 on the astronomers charts) is documented: Migrating to this planet in their subtle bodies, many of our forbearers travelled through the Sun. The beginnings of mankinds mission on this planet came in a far-away time, when the atmosphere was dense with waters and gases. Flowers and animals were larger and more exotic than today. At first, the transformation from etheric to physical form was difficult, but ceremonies evolved which, using fragrances of fruits and flowers, brought devotionally to special pedestals, assisted in bringing through beings who absorbed these organic essences to materialize a denser, earthly, fibrous body. These beings loved the many jewels and golden ornaments that were crafted to bedeck and help support their flexible forms. Human life did not evolve from lesser earthly species. Aum.

The need for a fire planet (The Sat Yugas)

It was during the third Sat Yuga, the age of enlightenment, 4,318,121 years ago humankind migrated to this planet in a divine etheral body because he had reached the final stage of evolution on his native planet. On that distant planet he could not complete the final process of Realization of the Self - samadhi, because their planet was old and had cooled and everything became static in it and on it. The beings inhabiting it exist together like a flock of birds or school of fish so peaceful they are. Souls who need fire [activity karmas] to realize the Self, could not do so on such an old planet, so the leaders pilgrimage with their followers to perform the austerity of evolution on a fire planet such as Earth, a hot planet, a young planet. The risk was great but so was the reward. A firey planet was required to catalyse them through new experiences individually into completing their unfoldment to the final realization of the Self - the height of human development and the reason for the creation of the universe. But other great soul bodies who already realized the Self came to help them. But the time of the Earth as a recognizable habitable planet started in a much earlier time period, called the first manvantara or first Sat Yuga, 925,342,121 years ago. This was a time when the possibility of the earth becoming a future dwelling was recognized by the Mahadevas. Then during the second manvantara or second Sat Yuga 616,994,121 years

ago Earth is seeded for future populations. During this second cycle of the yugas, celestial beings arrived from other planets bringing with them vegetation. Their spaceships [celestial chariots] passing over the Earths surface dropped seeds and foilage. Then celestial beings came en masse and hovered over the earth in their etheric bodies. Some became the birds and small and large animals because they could not bring through the duplication of the divine soulbody strongly enough to live on Earth at that time. Due to the conditions of the Earth and the gasses in the atmosphere, a mutation took place among all the divine souls that started the instinctive mind on the planet. The animals at the end of the second cycle were big, beautiful and happy. Even during this yuga, the small animals from the second cycle of yugas are coming into human form...our sastras have explained to us.

The lush conditions of the Third Sat Yuga In the third Sat Yuga, the air was thick and the Earth lush and tropical. The atmosphere
contained nourishing fruit and flowery substances, which became the materials the divine souls used to materialize their etheric bodies into a fibrous physical body. As more experience was gained in this way spiritual rites took place on special pedestals. There newly arriving soul bodies stood absorbing through the ceremony, flowers, cut fruits and other ambrosia, these organic essences absorbed into the etheric body, and forming Earth bodies - all with help from those who had already arrived. Their etheric bodies became dense, firm and more defined during these food-offering ceremonies in what were to later become the yajna and kratu devotions in the temples of the Treta Yuga. They continued to absorb these food-offering essences until they began to smell and feel and acquire a full physical form and could eat normally as the animals did on Earth at that time.

The arrival of various races The most highly evolved souls, the Mahadevas, arrived first on Earth during this Sat
Yuga. They brought the divine souls through into physical form from the other planets. This was their mission. The leader of the first mission was Lord Skanda. He came thus during the beginning of the third Sat Yuga and guided them all along into the next Yuga. He was the celestial King of Lemuria - so named, these lands. His was the library in the akasic second and third worlds Satguru Subramanyiaswami read from, writing down the knowledge we have about every aspect of ourselves from this time onward. It was because of this most ancient practice of offering the essences of fruit and perfumed ambrosias to the souls etheric body to absorb and thus create a denser body that this planet became inhabited in the Sat Yuga. As this planet moved through time and space different races came from the various planets and settled on one area of it or another. During one phase of planetary configurations, ceremonies would be active in one temple to bring through into dense manifest form a group from a certain planet, and as the planets moved into another configuration, the place on Earth polarizing the rays [from the Central Sun] and race of that planet would become inactive, and another race from another planet would come through at a different location through ceremony. Thus the races of the world were dispersed around the globe.

The first Temples are established For each of the races that formed into physical bodies from their divine etheral bodies,
great temples within large monasteries to each of these planets were assembled on one area of the Earth or another. There priestly scientists would make food offerings within the temples on the pedestals where stood the divine being as a point of concentration for the transformation. These celestial beings would have to absorb for a lengthy time the substances given by the priests before an etheric body could transform into a strong enough physical body and walk off the pedestal on his own into the Earths atmosphere. But through the thousands of years that passed, it became a rapid process, and the entire Earth became populated with celestial beings from several of the major planets in the galaxy. Thus the souls arrived in full force to begin a long, tedious evolutionary process through the following ages (yugas) to follow. But nowhere does this process involve a different species but that only of our own original celestial bodies. For nowhere can biology today account for our real evolutionary process as they are stuck in the same age as the third Sat Yuga to which mankind traces his first origins from recent anthroplological discoveries in Olduvi Gorge, Tanzania, where one race of mankind was found decades ago Australopithecus Canthriposrex. Thus Lemurian Scrolls and modern science agree on the origin date of mankind. For what the anthropologists have found is confirming evidence of mankinds evolution out of an animal body in the third Sat Yuga 4,318,121 years ago!

Our first Earth bodies The divine souls who came to earth look much like what we will look like hundreds of
thousands of years into the future age like the Kali Yuga, except then in the Sat Yuga there was no gender, no male or female or reproduction or even sleep. There was then no hunger or pain and one could fly easily and freely in the new Earth body by mentally lifting up into the air by using the power within the spine, and travel anywhere. Heat or cold did not affect the body. The air was so thick and healthy, just by inhaling deeply did energy from the atmosphere replenish the power within the spine, the kundalini force. You only had to smell the essences of cut fruits and flowers for a complete meal and absorb the energy of the radiating solar sun and far away galactic Central Sun. Everything was so pungent and because of the nature of their physical bodies - airy and etheric - this ability to fly was possible. But toward the end of the yuga they had to eat to become nourished and could not fly as far as their bodies took on more mass. As for the concept of death the text is quoted (and is not what you might expect): The closest they ever came to the concept of death was when the physical elements just dissolved under the power of realizing the Self and the essence of their individuality returned to the planet from whence they came, fully matured, having completed their mission on the fire planet. There was a distinct sense of personality in each of these

first transcendental beings that came to our planet during the Sat Yuga, for even the individual soul has an evolution, one different from another. Thus the original divine celestial body at the beginning of the third Sat Yuga is replaced at the end of that age or the beginning of the next age, the Treta Yuga by an instinctive animal reproductive type where the soul is captive and conditioned by the three modes of material nature or gunas of the body. This is unlike the celestial body that could reproduce by divine means. Thus mankind in his original body during the Lemurian age is slowly changing into a human body originating out of the animal kingdom during the Treta Yuga - 2,590,121 years ago. The ratio of divine bodies to captive divine souls in animal bodies was then three to one; these were the divine souls in original bodies which were captive in animal bodies after being devoured by wild animals. Cosmic cycle of four yugas There are cycles of time within which the evolution of mankind continually developes. The four yugas Sat Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dvapara Yuga and Kali Yuga form one cycle. Each yuga is an age. Just as the earth revolves around the Solar Sun so do does our galaxy revolve around its own Central Sun and all the galaxies in the universe pervaded by the Cosmic Sun. The periods when the rays of the Central Sun are either released or hidden is called the yugas. The yugas of time vary because the orbits are elliptical. The yugas are the way in which the Mahadevas calculate time and space. This generation of souls started to arrive and live on Earth since the beginning of the Sat Yuga and more will come through the Treta Yuga. Then no more souls will come until the end of the Kali Yuga. When the next Sat Yuga arrives, those who have lived through the cycle of yugas will finish their evolutionary processes and leave. More divine souls will come during that time as the cycle repeats. Life on this and other planets
The fire planet is very young, having become habitable only a few cycles of yugas ago. There are planets in this universe much older than the fire planet. The inhabitants of these older and larger planets do not live on the surface of their planet. They use the surface only like a park and to provide their nourishment and live in underground places that may have been constructed millions of years ago. It is necessary to live for several yugas on Earth in order to earn admittance to those planets. Merging with God requires a pure soul, a pure spirit. We earn that right after living on this planet or other planets in our soul-body and resolve all karmas of our soul experience. This is how the universe functions for us soul-beings. But then the other planets are still not the goal of our spirit but a temporary or resting abode in a more beautiful and peaceful place than the firey Earth , while we still travel the path of dharma toward samadhi and arrive finally into the third world, the abode of the Supreme Absolute Primal Being, where we all merge after finally attaining self-Realization nirvikalpa samadi

Man takes on animal bodies (the Treta Yuga) During the end of the Treta Yuga (1,300,000 years ago) of the third cycle (manvantara) souls do not migrate to Earth the way they did during the beginning of the cycle in the Sat Yuga. Many of these divine, Earthly bodies, constructed from fruit ambrosia, herbal essences and the pungent air, could no longer fly. Many were eaten by the carnivorous beings of the animal kingdom, the inhabitants remaining from the last cycle in the Kali Yuga. These souls were caught in the evolutionary cycle of the particular species that had eaten their original bodies. Then through the long process of mutation and reincarnation, they finally after great struggle and help from the Mahadevas , cultivated a body similar to the first Earth body devoured long ago. But this human body had animal instincts and was difficult to live in, the soul now conditioned by the experience of past animal form. Still most of the animal bodies, which the souls lived in, had yet to acquire a human body. Reincarnating into a human body is very rare and only granted by God.
The Treta Yuga is a wonderful period in which intense cosmic rays still penetrate the Earth. This made evolution possible for the fleshy bodies that appeared as the original body caught as it were in the animal reincarnation cycles. These flesh-and-bone bodies will last through the Dvapara and Kali Yugas until the strong vibration of the next Sat Yuga comes to cause their liberation and permit many of us to leave the planet. These final humiliations and struggles within the instinctive area of externalized mind through the darker yugas will give the final polish sanctifying our divinity. Through this process the souls of living entities live millions of years in a non-human form and then should it happen that a human form is acquired, the now conditioned soul can become liberated from Earth through - austerities, penance and devotional service so chosen by the individual soul from sadhanas found within the Sanatana Dharma.

Ceremonies to effect human birth The fears at the end of the Treta Yuga of those beings as they would approach the distant dark Kali Yuga (430,121 years ago) caused the temples to perform rites to spiritually release the bondage of the animal bodies captive soul into the birth of a human body close to the original body - of the ancestor that came from a planet during the past third Sat Yuga. But by the time of the Kali Yuga this process would no longer be possible but a soul could be brought close enough to the physical world to establish contact with future parents to effect birth. This process will begin refining many races and varieties of people on the planet in preparation for the next age of enlightenment - the fourth Sat Yuga. But still in isolated areas of the planet lived many humans never captured and devoured and reincarnated back to human form from the animal kingdom. The few left who have original bodies will live in caves high in the mountains during the end of the Treta Yuga to avoid being caught in the fleshy, hot body of the animal and to preserve the original bodies as long as possible. Here new metals will be found to work with, and large communities will grow as a result, through the use of them - our prophets tell us.

Cycles of bondage in animal bodies

The cycle of getting out of the animal kingdom takes a long time unless help is given, and even to the end of the Kali Yuga and into the next Sat Yuga, souls will be seen still trying to escape from the firey bondage of animal bodies. It will be during the Kali Yuga that a human kingdom will eventually fully come out of the different species of animals and form different groups on Earth, some of whom will be the predators of others, we are told.

The Dvapara Yuga and the rise of the Dravidians

In the end of the Dvapara Yuga is seen the destruction of everything that had been built in the Treta Yuga in the unenlightened places of the world. The races of enlightenment from the Divine Mind and the races without knowledge become divided by water. This Dvapara Yuga begins 1,294,121 years ago and ends at the beginning of the Kali Yuga 430,121 years B.C.E. The race of celestial beings having lost their original bodies becomes grounded. The sign of our losing our ability to fly is the official beginning of the Dvapara Yugas advent in space and time. Due to planetary changes, bodies of atmosphere have now congested, forming great bodies of water that divide the lands, and there are several groups of inhabitants who live only in touch with one another by telepathic means [ those celestials still with divine original bodies ]. With the fading of these facilities [ due to more and more of the population being released from the captive animal reincarnations into the now human form but now with animal type instinctive nerve systems ] this too, will become impossible. The race called Dravidian are those Lemurians that inhabited the monasteries [from the very beginnig] and lived close to them through theTreta Yuga. The Lemurians that became divided from the others through the formation of vast bodies of water, so great they were unable to go around them through the thousands of years [ of life on Earth during this age ], took on other ways of living. The Dravidians, formerly Lemurians, formerly the first priestly inhabitants, the leaders, the guardians of the primal race, have never had a break in continuity. The Satguru is referring here to the original Brahmin class. They carried on the Vedic practices and preserved the oral tradition and they learned the Sanskrit form of writing from the celestial sages - still a Sudra could become a Brahman by austerites and penances, and devotional service within the Sanatana Dharma. For what other reason did we all come here for in the first place? God gave us the varnas as a means of human classification, according to ones nature and nothing more, say the Puranas. We work within our nature best and through detachment to material desire or vairagya we travel the Eternal Path eventually to vishvagrasa merging back to the Emperisable Spirit back to our Original Source. This age of the Dvapara Yuga is where our inability to fly creates religious and cultural divisions. Thus isolation forms different cultures and the races in darkness will not have any monasteries and just do agriculture and care for the body. Everybody will try to influence everyone else through the powers of his mind. People try to convert other people to their religion and philosophy. No one is left on his own. The loss of knowledge and the loss of the ability to evolve divine faculties in the human body will

occur; they say [the prophets]. Great knowledge will be forced through certain souls by the Mahadevas, who will speak it and write it through the Kali Yuga to stabilize the belief and the culture, the prophecy states. During the Dvapara Yuga many of you will be coming back into human form from the animal kingdom and feeling the power of reason and memory, our teachers tell us. Then man will separate himself from others to endeavour to seek control over the forces within him at the state he used to be in, out of the wheel of animalistic reincarnation through procreation. Note: the designated word for the early development of human kind by genetic differences called dravidians must not be confused with the term used for the present peoples of the Tamil Nadu region of India.

The Kali Yuga (and the start of the 4th Sat Yuga - present time) Thus the world resembles after the Dvapara Yuga into the Kali Yuga what the
geophysical forces changed, the continents remaining as today. What is so remarkable about this age is the rise of culture and different religions. But what is more remarkable is that the Sanatana Dharma the original, the true, everlasting, Sankhya and Vedantic philosophy and knowledge from God perpetuates through to the new race of the Dravidians from its Lemurian ancestors 4,318,121 years ago, into the now Kali Yuga and the beginning of the new Sat Yuga which started in 1879 with the advent of mans discovery of light - the incandescent light bulb; that changed the course of human development, this is the new age of enlightenment, the technological age; clairvoyants, and Mahadevas themselves will appear in this age. It is also predicted that there will be great conflagration and upheavals at the start of this age because of the end of the Kali Yuga. Then peace and the Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism) will perpetuate into society and government; democracy will evolve into consensual government - management by intelligent cooperation where religious knowledge will guide mankind politically as it had in the distant past.This consensualocracy is a most compassionate form of governance, well suited for spiritually dedicated groups, highly ethical and dedicated communities with a singular vision and purpose will perpetuate humankind .. Satguru Subramunyaswami states the fourth Sat Yuga has already started because within his meditations - the books envisioned and read from the library of Lord Skanda - states that when man is able to light the night with his own devices a new Sat Yuga will begin.

Our common ancestry Our common ancestry is that all mankind is descended from the Dravidians, the race of
people in the Indus valley, that descended from the Lemurians, the original people descending from the constellation of the Pleiades , who arrived in etheral form and then later acquired a more physical body; the Lemurians formed all the races then from the different planets, we in our divine bodies working together as ascetics in the many monesteries. The original population gradually evolved into a Dravidian anthropomorphic form, losing our original divine bodies, through reincarnation cycles (

true evolution) within the animal kingdom; but there still was a common culture and practice of original religious thought- the Sanatana Dharma [the Eternal Path]. It was in the later yugas that people, divided by the waters of continents and unable to fly and hence through the loss of communication between the monasteries and temples around the known world and then influenced by the insidious instinctive mind acquired from the past animal nerve system, and the developed cunning intellectual mind with the false ego that there arose different religions. Thus we as a people of this temporary abode we call earth should see ourselves in a new light and purpose. We are all related due to our common ancestry from the Dravidians. Modern Science - DNA testing of the Indian peoples reveal a common ancient ancestry the root of humankind. We once had a common philosophy and religion. That was lost due to the long isolation. But the Bhagavad Gita tells us what we are besides the body , the kshetra - what we really all are - a divine soul, conditioned by the illusion of maya, captive in an body born of the firey earth - created by Brahma, a part of the Emperishable Spirit. Our epics During the time of Lemuria, long before the formation of the continents, where mankind
lived with a common religion and common purpose, stories written thousands of years later were to be told to the Dravidians about life then. The story of the great Bharat family in the Mahabharata is a beautiful account of what life was like during that time. The Ramayana is another account of what virtuous life was like in Lemuria a million so years earlier. The land bridge between India and Sri Lanka so vital in that story, built by Lord Hanuman and His Vanaras, was recently exposed by *satellite photos and is seen just below the ocean surface. Besides these popular epics many of the stories in the Sanatana Dharma - the Vedas, Upanishads, Agamas, Puranas elicit early life and are a spiritual and historical treasure of our very ancient human past.

The time bridge between the divine third world within the universe and Earth
The chronology of time between the physical worlds within the universe follows the General Theory of Relativity. Because Rita the balance and order of the planets within the galaxys are maintained by Visnu. Many named places mentioned in the Puranas exist both on Svarloka and Earth. Due to the law of relativity an hour in the divine world could be several thousands of years in duration on Bhurloka - Earth. This is important to remember if we are to view the chronologies between events happening between both worlds. When Lord Skanda arrived over the Earth he viewed the potential of its position as a planet of great promise to support life forms. Remembering the story of Lord Karttikeya

from the Siva Purana, we know He being raised by the Krttikas, was in the location of the constellation of the Pleiades. He was asked then to come down to earth to slay the asura Taraka and bring relief to the gods and order back to the disheveled universe. Thus a long time passed relatively between that place in the Pleiades and the abode of Lord Mahesvara-Rudra on Kailasa, where Lord Ganesha was conceived from Goddess Parvati. Thus Lord Ganesha and Lord Skanda are only a few years apart in age on earth, although He (Skanda) had arrived earlier on earth even before the birth of Lord Ganesha. For that was His mission to prepare the earth for habitation so His father could leave the holy centre Sivaloka, the same being called Kasika and establish another abode like it on earth That Brahman of the form of Kala (time) together with Sakti, simultaneously created the holy centre called Sivaloka. The same is called Kasika, the excellent holy centre. It is the seat of salvation shining over and above everything. The holy centre is of the nature of extreme Bliss in as much as the primordial lovers, supremely Blissful, made that beautifeul holy centre their perpetual abode. O sage, (Suta) that holy centre is never, even at the time of Great Dissolution, free from Siva and Siva (Sakti). Hence it is called Avimukta. Thus the affairs of earth are conducted on the Himalayas like also on the mountains of Svarloka , Mt. Meru lying to the east of the great mountain range, where is found Kailasa the heavenly abode of Lord Siva and Goddess Parvati. Divine beings travel at the speed of the mind in their aerial chariots thus the affairs of earth and the affairs of the divine world are conducted easily. Thus in our original divine bodies we like the gods could easily fly, a concept easy to understand and see with our divine third eye developed out of the knowledge of the Vedas the Srutis , and the Smrtis. Om Nama Sivaya, Om Nama Narayanaya. Note: the next chapter of this paper will show the timeline between the events in this reading and the scientific discoveries juxtaposed chronologically. Thus scientific evidence proves what metaphysics has already revealed from the Truth the Divine Puranas.

The Origins of Humankind Time Line

First Cycle
-925,342,121 Scrolls: The first time period (5th manvantara, Raivata - Siva Purana), the first manvantara as referenced in Lemurian Scrolls begins counting backward from the present beginning 4th Sat Yuga era starting in 1879. This is the first cycle of yugas in which there is a relationship between Earth and souls from several major planets in the galaxy. In the Hindu time perspective, chanted today by pujaris at the start of puja, the universe was at this point, in the end of the fourth, beginning of the fifth manvantara, of the 51st year of Brahma. [ Note: A manvantara lasts 308,348,000 years including the Sandhya twilight of 1,728,000 years which is the overlap period between manvantaras. We know from the Puranas that the first manvantara was the Manu of Svayambhuva. This great King lived on Earth so that time period makes the earth habitable 1,226,880,000 ago from this date or 2,152,222,121 from 1879. The gods lived on the earth then. In large numbers Humankind had yet to migrate from the other planets. The land mass on Earth then is called Gondwana in Geology. Since there was no separation from the water a common religion, language and culture existed, the centre of which was the Indus valley, the most auspicious on Earth. The Himalayas were already formed contrary to geology which says they were formed by tectonic plate movement through continental drift as Asia and a part of Africa collided. ] Science: Earth becomes recognizable but not yet habitable planet Land masses are still forming, with many volcanic eruptions. The Earth has under gone more than 2.5 billion years of development.

Second Cycle
-616,994,121 Scrolls: Second manvantara (6th manvantara, Caksusa -Siva Purana) begins as referenced in Lemurian Scrolls. Science: Earth becomes habitable; water evaporates, forming air. Scrolls: Earth is seeded for future populations. During the second cycle of yugas , celestial beings arrived from other planets bringing with them vegetation. Scrolls: Souls come to earth and incarnate as animals. Celestial beings came en masse and hovered over the Earth in their etheric bodies.
