CASCEP SYSTEM MA UAL

SYSTEM I STALLATIO

1. A user has to create a new folder in the c:\ directory. This new folder should be named CASCEP. For example: C:\CASCEP 2. Then, the user has to copy all the files into this folder in order to ensure that the system can run properly. 3. To run the program, the user has to open the CASCEP folder and then double click on CASCEP icon. 4. Then the Main Menu interface will be displayed (see Figure 1).

About briefly explains the system and developer of the system. Info contains information about CASCEP. To enter the system, click on Enter button and then the Student interface will be displayed (see Figure 2).

To exit the system click on Exit button.

i. This form is used to input all users data such as IC Number and SPM result. ii. Figure 3 shows the toolbar containing the command buttons.

To add a new record, click on the ew Record button.

Then fill in all the data as needed. If not, the SAVE and ADD button will unavailable. Key-in the IC number in the format 000000-00-0000. Choose the subject and grade. Then click button to add subject into its display. button.

To cancel any subjects on display, click

Click on Save button to save the new record. Click Cancel button if to cancel it.

You can search the existing records by clicking on Search button (see Figure 5). You have to input a student IC number. Then click on Search button. If you want to cancel, just click on Cancel button If you want modify the record, click on Modify button. Then click on Save button. To display the result, click on the Result button, and then the interface for the Result Menu will be displayed.

If you want to go back to the Student form, click on Window | Student menu on the menu bar.
