STEP 1.
Place the fabric right side down on a table, and fold up the
lower left corner just enough to fit the Tie B pattern piece
when placed on the fold. Pin the pattern on the fold, and
cut out B. Fold the same corner up enough to fit the Tie C
pattern, pin on the fold, and cut. Repeat for Tie A pattern.

together using a 3/8" (1cm) seam. Turn right side out and

STEP 6.
Press the long edges under by 3/8" (1cm). Fold the tie in half
crosswise, and insert a pin at the fold to mark the middle
of the tie. On the wide end, measure from the point up
both angled sides 23/4" (7cm). Beginning at this point, press
the side edges in, overlapping them, until you reach the
midpoint pin, pinning the layers together as you go. The
tie should measure about 11/2" (3.8cm) at the midpoint. On
