KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Part cost of component in every quality gate with comparison with previous and set up of target cost. Part cost of every running items with their validation as per the running assembly line. Running Cost Calculation of all machines such as Molding Machine & Surface Treatment Machine etc. Calculation of Per Pc Cost of Molding & Surface Treatment.

Can demand costing explanation along with break up detail for any of the process inputs from all dept.
Scheduled meetings for discussing implementation of cost-control plans in projects. Research and survey of market for gaining profit in projects. Done all VA/VE activates about cost reduction. Target COP analysis including their Inflation and exchange rate risk.

Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality departments. Assist commercial departments in material procurement, invoicing and invoice realization.
Generating Product baseline costing. Tracking of RFQ costing & revisions. Tracking of Product Costing at each Quality Gate Milestone.

Tracking & controlling existing Product Costing. Cost tracking of all standard parts. Cost Benchmarking in terms of samples, data etc. Communication with external departments & outside agencies for cost verification.

Training done at ZECO AIRCON PVT IND. Bahadurgarh. Working Model of Hovercraft project successfully completed at college level. AutoCAD, Pro-E, MS Office.
