Strategic Management (MGT 658) MEGA Project Written Requirements and Score Sheet

Form a group of four (4) students maximum. Elect a group leader. The group leader must divide the work equally among group members. Group leader must also ensure the project as well as the report is well executed, with continuity and flow.

Assignment

a small business as a client company for the group to provide advice on strategic management. The report format is up to the group's creativity and the report must be as 'real and as informative' as possible. Students have to interview the company's management to gather information and data and scan the newspapers for relevant articles, particularly on the
