COVER
On the cover: Miniscrews have become a routine adjunct for establishing anchorage in difcult types of orthodontic treatment. Some orthodontists even place their own miniscrews. What should a clinician do if a miniscrew perforates an adjacent tooth root? Is the damage irreversible? Read the article by Ahmed et al to nd out what happens when minscrews perforate adjacent tooth roots. The smiling patient on the cover is Morgan Miller, who was treated orthodontically by Dr. Chris Holahan from Cedar Falls, Iowa.
