Over the years, we are adept in the manufacturing and supplying of Tmt bars, commonly known as Thermo mechanically treated bars. These bars are manufactured in three stages, where frequent heating and cooling process leads to micro-structural combination of features in the cross sections of these bars. Owing to special manufacturing process, these bars have noted yield strength coupled with high ductility and are easily weldable. Further, we have imbibed this technology of manufacturing from HSE, Germany under the brand name, thermex. Also, our products are available in cost effective prices keeping in mind the budgetary constraints of our customers.

SEL TMT Fe 415 Rebars are high strength reinforcement bars ideal for Schools, Warehouses, Office Buildings, Bridges, Dams and Power Plants. More prominent ribs thereby causing higher AR values up to 100%-150% higher than traditional CTDs or other TMTs. Sectional weights very close to the nominal values specified in BIS code. This ensures higher meterage per unit weight. Suffers no loss of strength even at higher temperatures. These are ideal for mega structures like flyovers, high-rises, power plants, dams, bridges, chimneys and other critical architectures. Fe 500 sizes in millimetre range from 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 22, 25, 28, 32 to 36. Features: Specially created for high strength applications where high yield strength is required without compromising on elongation properties. The rib pattern is specially designed to ensure excellent bond strength between the bars and surrounding concrete. Due to presence of high manganese and good chemical composition, it ensures higher durability and bendability.
