Minutes of the 1st CenCom Session of SY 2012-2013 Loyola Conference Room, Magis Student Complex 12:30PM of April 14,

Ramos, 4nd Year Level Vice-Representative After determining the quorum existed, the Central Committee proceeded to do business. Agenda: GTKY All the members of the meeting were requested to introduce themselves to everyone. Each of them was asked to state their name, course, year level, organization and their position. Each member was also given the chance to say something about what the other members could expect from them. Central Committee Description Since the Judicial Representative already explained the description of the Central Committee or CenCom, Article VII of 2012 SBMSC Charter and Enactment 001 Series of 2011-2012 was also presented to all members. Each member were given the copy of SBMSC Constitution. Preliminary Planning of Activities There were four (4) major events poposed during the meeting. These events are CenCom BOLTS with the Year Level Vice-Reps. and Block Reps. Legislative Seminar Mid-Year Evaluation

 Year-End Evaluation Since these events are still proposals the members of the meeting decided not to put a date on it yet because the schedules of the GPOA of SBMSC and Co-Curricular Organizations are not yet final.

Initial House Rules Monthly Meeting Schedule During the meeting, it was agreed by all member of the CenCom that there will be a regular meeting schedule. The decided schedule was every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the Moratorium of Activities Week.. The venue for the meetings will depend on its availability. Attendance Every meeting that the CenCom will have, an attendance should be signed by each members may it be a representative or the Vice-Representative. Each member was also asked to read Article VII of Enactment 001 Series of 2011-2012 for more details regarding the Absences.

Adjournment Having covered all items for discussion, the meeting formally adjourned at 1:00 in the afternoon. The whole duration of the meeting was only 30 minutes since the 1st CenCom Session was held right after the 2nd Executive meeting of SBMSC. Some important topics were already discussed during the Executive meeting and so during the CenCom Session there were only few topics left for the members to discuss.
