INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TEE, DECEMBER 2011 1.

Examination registration for December 2011 last date without late fee 30th September 2011. 2. Examination registration for December 2011 last date with late fee 15th October 2011. Before sending the examination registration forms to IGNOU, the International Partner Institutes Coordinators will ensure that:a) The registration of the candidate is valid for the programme/courses. b) The candidate is registering in the courses he/she has opted in the programme. c) The appropriate fee is enclosed in the lot with detailed summery sheet. (ID will be constraint not to accept Examination Forms without Fee). d) All the forms are dispatched within 5 days after the last date. Any lot received after 10 th day shall be liable for rejection. e) For outstation students, an undertaking is obtained that they will be responsible for their valid registration. The outstation students are permitted to appear in TEE only twice (or special permission is granted for further appearances). f) The submission of assignments is mandatory for the issuance of admit cards for the Term-End-Examinations. FRESH ADMISSIONS JANUARY 2012 1) Last date for accepting new Admission / Re-registration Forms 31st October 2011. 2) Last date for accepting new Admission / Registration Forms with late Fee 20th November, 2011. 3) The Applications are to reach International Division, IGNOU on or before 10th November 2011 without late fee and by 30th November 2011 with late fee. The International Partner Institutes Coordinators will ensure the following for efficient services:1) All the columns in the application form are filled properly by the students. The students also sign across their photographs so that half the signature is on the Application Form and half on the photograph. The columns which are not relevant have to be filled as NA. The Identity Cards are signed by the students at the relevant place (at the bottom of the Identity card). All the required documents are checked and verified by the Coordinator and are part of the application. The Experience Certificates, wherever required, are enclosed duly authenticated by the Coordinator. All the forms should have a copy of previous qualification (Mark Sheet/Grade Card is must) duly authenticated by the Coordinator. For MBA, the eligibility is 50% marks in graduation and experience is not required. An application where 50% marks are not obtained by the applicant in graduation, experience is required.

If the applicant has completed a degree from a University that is not recognized by the Association of Indian University/State Government, such applications are not accepted. The PI Coordinator may send an email to ID to seek clarifications in advance. Applications cannot be retained at PI after due date for any reason whatsoever. ID will be constraint not to accept applications after due dates. ----------
