The new YDM Air Handling Unit is designed based on modular paneling concept to offer a wide range of units, provide adaptability to any comfort or industrial application. These units incorporate features that supply economical, efficient, and reliable performance. The basic unit plus a complete range of accessories provides unequal flexibility in system arrangements.

Excellent Thermal Insulation

All the frameworks are insulated and lifted with 25mm or 50mm thick double skin PU insulation panel to create a thermal barrier between the internal and external surfaces. The fibre plastic corner piece for total thermal barrier. The 40kg/m3 polyurethane foam (PU) create the optimum insulation performance and rigidity.

Flexible joint between fan and discharge frame to prevent the vibration transfer to ducting.

Taper lock pulley is more compact and easy for maintenance.

A Complete Line Of Accessories For Maximum Flexibility

With the modular paneling concept design, each unit can be configured to make the best possible use of the available space. Depending on its length, each shipping section can accommodate one, two, three or more components such as dampers, coils, filters or other accessories, giving the opportunity to select a very compact unit that makes the most of limited space. Or, if space is not at a premium, a large clearance between components can be created for the best possible access during maintenance. All YDM Air Handling Units are designed with computer to help assure maximum performance of coils and fans.

Internal mount fan and motor on the vibration isolator to minimise the vibration transmission.

Fan And Internal Isolator

Each model of YDM Air Handling Unit has 2 fan size for selection. With the forward and backward curve fan, it will have the most economic combination to achieve maximum performance for the requirement. All the YDM AHU are supply with internal vibration isolator. It will provides minimum vibration transmission and low noise operation. Fan noise is further reduced by the double skinned panel construction.

Double skin insulation panel with 0.5mm high strength pre-painted steel as external skin and 0.5mm GI steel as internal skin.

The free-flow 1/2" O.D. tube coil to provide the optimum balance between air pressure drop and heat transfer.

Construction
The high strength extruded aluminium pentapost construction and injection fibre plastic corner pieces form a rigid frame for the Air Handling Unit. The external clip method to hold the double skin PU insulation panel is easy for access during maintenance and air tight. With the above construction, the frame members are rigidly and tightly fixed together to provide maximum strength to stand high pressure and prevent air leakage.

Sloped and insulated drain pan to provide the better water flow and prevent the condensation.

Fibre plastic corner piece to prevent condensation and maintain the frame work rigidity.
