General Power of Attorney

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, I, DALJIT KAUR (passport no.)daughter of LATE SUNDER SINGH GILL s/o Late Fagan Singh Gill, and presently residing at Apt Blk 715 #12-349, Hougang Avenue 2, in the Republic of Singapore SEND GREETINGS. Whereas I am the owner of or have an interest and/or estate or entitlement to landed properties (including any land, Plot, house, etc) situated at MOGA, TEHSIL AND DISTRICT OF MOGA,PUNJAB, INDIA(the real property)and whereas I am currently a permanent resident in the Republic of Singapore and Whereas I am desirous of appointing my uncle,INDERPAL SINGH GILL s/o of late Fagan Singh Gill of 20 KALIGHAT ROAD, KOLKATA 700025, WEST BENGAL, INDIA as my lawful Attorney (my Attorney) for the purposes of managing the real property and to do the following acts, deeds and things on and for my behalf that is to say: 1. To make and effect any sale, lease or rent ( dealings) as my Attorney may deem necessary or expedient of any of the real property whatsoever and for that purpose to engage such employees or to discharge or re-appoint any of them as my Attorneymay consider reasonably necessary.

For the aforesaid purposes, to execute any documents necessary in a registrable form and to receive consideration and monies payable to me prior to the registrationof the same and to assist in the due registration of the dealings by providing a statement or declaration and to have the mutation attested or registered in the revenue records (where applicable) by appearing before the Revenue Officer and to give any statement or make any declaration usual and necessary for that purpose and my Attorney depositing such consideration monies into my bank account.

This Power of Attorney is subject to the following conditions and limitations:

My Attorney is not authorised to do any act or execute any document including (but not limited to) any dealing, contract, an assurance or other document not expressly authorised in this instrument or to do any other act whatsoever whereby a benefit is conferred on him.

4. I hereby direct that all acts which shall be made or done by my attorney before he shall receive notice of my death or the revocation of the authority contained in this instrument shall be binding and valid for all intents and purposes as if the same had taken place prior to my death or before such revocation.
