AgroupofGovernmentandCivilSocietyOrganizationshadimplementedavarietyofinitiatives, supportedbyUNDPsGenderJusticeandProtection(GJP)project,tocombatViolenceagainst Women(VAW)in93districtsacrossPakistanduringthelastfiveyears.Inordertotakeforward thestrengthsandgainsofGJP,inhelpingthepoor,disadvantagedandvulnerablecommunities includingwomenandchildrentoaccessjusticeservices,theseimplementingpartnersdecided to form Insaf Network Pakistan to continue addressing the issues of access to justice in a broaderScope. InsafNetworkPakistan(INP),anationalorganizationwithabroaderscope,envisionsalegally empoweredsociety,whichpromotesrightsofallcitizens,withspecialemphasisonwomenand other vulnerable segments. INP disapproves all forms of abuse, neglect and violence. INP, therefore, strives to promote professionally informed institutional networking and programming among civil society and the government organizations to help crossfertilize demandforequitablejusticewithsupplyfunctionsfordispensationofqualityjusticeandsocial servicestoallmembersofthesocietyespeciallythepoor,disadvantagedandthevulnerable. Insaf Network Pakistan will work with a variety of stakeholders and actors including political fraternity, government agencies, research institutes, national, provincial and local level civil societyorganizations,communitygroups,women,menandchildren,religiousseminariesand scholars. PurposeandScopeoftheAssignment The role of the Operations Assistant is to perform administrative and procurement relatedresponsibilities.Specificresponsibilitiesincludebutnotlimitedtothefollowing:

UndertakealltheprocurementactivitiesaccordingtoapprovedSoPsand procurementguidelinesensuringtransparency Undertakeclericaltaskssuchasprocessingsecurityclearance,makingfieldvisit arrangements(i.e.accommodationarrangements,travelapprovals, transportationarrangementetc), Visaprocessing Providebackuptoreceptiondeskandotheroperationalduties. Assistandcoordinateforarrangementsofmeetingsandevents. Prepareandprocessmedicalclaims,DSAsetc Respondtoneedsemergingwithinoperationalcontext

QualificationsandExperience a.Education Bachelors/Mastersdegreeinrelateddisciplines. b.WorkExperience Possessatleast23yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience. FluencyinwrittenandspokenEnglishandUrdurequired.Knowledgeofregional languagesisanasset.
