NOTIFICATION FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF JUNIOR ASSISTANT(FINANCE), JUNIOR ASSISTANT(PERSONNEL) AND JUNIOR ASSISTANT(MATERIAL). No:R2/684(22) / 2011-HRD Dated:08.11.2011

1.Applications are invited On-line through APSRTC WEBSITE http://apsrtc.cgg.gov.in and www.apsrtc.gov.in for Direct Recruitment from eligible candidates for filling up 544 vacancies of Junior Assistant(Junior Assistant (Finance) - 266 , Junior Assistant(Personnel)- 196 and Junior Assistant(Material)- 82 )on regular basis in APSRTC. 2.The desirous eligible candidates may apply ON-LINE only after satisfying themselves with the eligibility and terms and conditions of this recruitment. Departmental candidates too have to apply ONLINE only. Applications submitted other than ON LINE will not be entertained. 3.QUALIFICATION AND AGE : CATEGORY EDUCATIONAL AGE QUALIFICATION (Common to all posts) a. Must be a Graduate from any University recognized by Must not be above 30 years of University Grants Commission age as on 01.07.2011. b. Must have passed the Lower Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ Grade Government Technical ST / BC candidates and 10 Examination either in English or years in respect of PHC Telugu Typewriting. candidates Must be a Graduate in commerce from any University recognized by the University Grants Commission. Must possess a Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or be a Graduate from a Recognized University Ex-Ser: Relaxation by 3 years for Ex-servicemen in addition to the length of service rendered in Defence services subject to Maximum 45 years.

Note in respect of Physically Handicapped candidates(PHC): (a)For the post of JA(Personnel) and JA(Material) from among the PHC candidates only Orthopaedically handicapped are eligible. (b)For the post of JA(Finance) from among the PHC candidates Orthopaedically handicapped as well as Deaf and Dumb candidates are eligible. 4. HOW TO APPLY: The Notification with break-up of vacancies, scale of pay, Age, community, Educational qualifications, procedure for applying ON LINE and other instructions may be viewed in the User Guide and Instructions Booklet placed on the Website http://apsrtc.cgg.gov.in. FEE: The fee to be paid is shown in the table below. The fee shown includes both Application Fee and Examination Fee. The fee can be paid at APOnline/meeSeva/eSeva/Rajiv Citizen Service Centres.

(i) Candidates have to pay fee separately if applying for more than one post and take separate journal numbers for each post from APOnline/meeSeva/eSeva/Rajiv Citizen Service Centres. They should also submit separate online applications using the separate journal numbers. (ii) Candidates are strongly advised to go through the User guide and Instructions booklet placed on the web, satisfy them selves of their eligibility for the post and then only make fee payment. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. (iii) While proceeding to make payment at APOnline/meeSeva/eSeva/Rajiv Citizen Service Centres and to fill up ONLINE application the candidates shall carry along with them the details of Date of Birth, Maximum marks, Marks obtained in the

degree and Marks percentage, Passport Photo, School study details(from 4th to 10th std), Dt of entry and Dt of discharge details in respect of exservicemen etc. (iv) Candidates are strongly advised to ensure that the data entered in APOnline/meeSeva/eSeva/Rajiv Citizen Service Centres is correct before generating Journal Number and making payment as the data entered once is final and cannot be altered at any stage. (v) After entering the data in the ONLINE application the candidates are strongly advised to preview the data and ensure the correctness of the data before clicking on the SUBMIT button as the data once entered is final and cannot be altered. Only after ensuring correctness of the data click on SUBMIT button.

7. IMPORTANT DATES FOR FEE PAYMENT AND APPLICATION SUBMISSION: Fee to be paid at APOnline/meeSeva/eSeva/Rajiv Citizen Service Centres Starting date for payment of Fee is -10.11.2011. Starting date for filling and uploading ONLINE application is 11.11.2011. Last date for payment of Fee is -28.11.2011 up to 5.00 P.M. Last date for uploading of Application is 30.11.2011 up to 5.00 P.M 8. DATE OF WRITTEN EXAM: Junior Assistant (Finance) - 18.12.2011 Junior Assistant (Personnel) - 22.01.2012 Junior Assistant (Material) - 04.03.2012 9. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel the notification/Recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reasons.
