Reliance Infotel would benefit the most as it has only a broadband wireless spectrum. Currently Net Telephony is allowed only for PC-PC or international calls and operators with UASL are allowed to offer domestic calls but not implemented by any. 2) Bharti Airtel to concentrate more on its core activities in Africa.
