ELIGIBILITY
1. Assistant Engineer (Grade-I)
Qualification requirement:
Graduates in any of the following Branches of Engineering from any recognized Institution /
University with minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of all the semesters for General / OBC candidates
(50% for SC/ST candidates) and Corresponding CGPA Ratings / Gradations are eligible to apply.

OR

First Class (60% Marks) Degree in any of the following Branches of Engineering as awarded by
the University / Institute in respect of General / OBC candidates and Second Class (50% Marks) in respect
of SC/STs are eligible.

Candidates who have passed Degree in Engg. in the Branches specified below and obtained the
prescribed percentage of marks as on the last date prescribed for receipt of application need only apply.
Candidates who have appeared in their final year or whose results are awaited need not apply.

2. Assistant catering Officer-Grade-I


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with 02 years full time (or 03 years part

• Should be able to manage all medicine cases attending OPD and medical emergencies
• Must have good knowledge in managing patients in ICU
• Knowledge in Echocardiography and stress test will be preferred
• Should be able to manage cases attending emergency room when required

5. Senior Medical Officer (Orthopaedics) ) (Grade-III)


Essential Qualification:
MBBS+ PG Degree in Orthopaedics + 1 year post qualification experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Should be able to manage closed, open fractures and multi trauma patients.
• Should be able to assist in Orthopaedic surgery and should be well versed in conservative
management of fractures and dislocations.
• Knowledge in Arthroscopy /Arthroplasty will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to attend and manage cases independently in the emergency room as and when
required.
• As and when required should be able to perform duties as a General duty Medical Officer

6. Senior Medical Officer (ENT) (Grade-III)


Essential Qualification:
MBBS+ PG Degree in ENT +1 year post qualification experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Should be able to manage ENT emergency cases independently, as & when required.
• Should be able to perform routine ENT surgeries independently.
• Should be able to detect cases of noise induced hearing loss and take measures for
prevention of the same.
• Knowledge and experience in micro ear surgery and endoscopic sinus surgery will be
an added advantage.
• Should be able to perform duties as a general duty medical officer, as & when required.

7. Dy. Manager (Security) (Grade-III)


Any commissioned officer in the rank of Captain/Major in Army or its equivalent in
Air force/Navy/Paramilitary forces.

8. Dy. Manager (Prodn. Engg.) (Grade-III)


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post
qualification relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Coordinating activities of production engineering, planning, loading, controlling & the
production activities of a shop involving large number of components & sub
assemblies.
• Should be able to utilize resources for optimum production and work as per plan to
achieve desired production.
• Should be able to work with internal & external customers like IAF & DCAQA for
ensuring timely clearance & dispatch of end products.
• Should have good knowledge in computer application, especially in PPC.

9. Dy. Manager (Machining/Sheet Metal)- Grade-III)


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post
qualification relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:

• Manufacture of precision engineering components of aero engine/automobile involving


all types of machining operation, sheet metal forming and finishing processes.
• Experience in latest machining/forming technologies available and implementing those
operation into practice.
• Should be able to plan and organize production of large number of components to be
produced in the shop to meet time bound production plans.
• Should have sound conceptual & analytical activities for ensuring effective decision
making

10. Dy. Manager (Welding)- Grade-III)


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/ Metallurgy Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post
qualification relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in welding of aero engine/ automotive components of titanium alloys,
stainless steel, and magnesium alloys by TIG welding, argon arc welding, resistance
welding.
• Should have experience in analyzing weld defects, weld correction, relevant NPT &
other quality checks as per standard welding practices.
• Should be knowledgeable in pre and post heat treatment procedures of various viewing
materials & processes.

11. Dy. Manager (Foundry) Grade-III)


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Metallurgy Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in medium/large foundry shop involving foundry tooling, casting of
Aluminium, magnesium alloys steel ferrous, titanium alloys, nickel base super alloys
related to aero engine/automobile components.
• Shall have experience in sand casting, die casting, air induction melted investment
casting.
• Experience in handling different types of moulding equipments, melting furnaces,
process control equipments.
• Experience in metallurgical Test standards & requirements of ISO –9001-2000.
12. Dy. Manager (Forge) -Gr-III
Essential Qualification:
Degree in Metallurgy Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in design/production & forgings & forge tooling for aero
engine/automobile/automotive components of aluminium alloys, titanium alloys, steel,
nickel base super alloys and magnesium alloys.
• Shall have working experience in open & closed die forging procession forging , ISO
Thermal forging, hammer forging.
• Shall have experience in design and manufacturing process of forging die & forge
inspection tooling.
• Experience in handling different types of forging furnaces, process control equipments,
mechanical crank press, hydraulic presses, screw presses, upsetting presses.
• Experience in relevant heat treatment & NDT quality requirements, exposure to
metallurgical test standards as per ISO –9001-2000 standards

13. Dy. Manager (Heat Treatment)-Grade-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Metallurgy Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in heat treatment of aero engine/ automotive components of aluminium
alloys, Titanium alloys, Steel, nickel based super alloys and magnesium alloys by the
following process.
• Normalising, solutionising & aging, precipitation hardening, diffusion annealing.
• Carbursing, nitrating, cyaniding, aluminizing, ion nitriding.
• Subzero treatment of steels, vacuum and inert gas heat treatment.
• Heat resistant enamel coating of hot zone components.
• Vacuum brazing of nickel base super alloys.
• Robotic plasma coating.
• Should have knowledge on different types of furnace, associated procers control
equipments, NDT quality requirements as per ISO 9001-2000.

14. Dy. Manager (Electroplating) -Grade-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Metallurgy Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in electroplating of aerospace/automotive components of ferrous alloys &
non-ferrous alloys using anodizing, pickling electrophoresis and latest electroplating
techniques.
• Should have knowledge on electroplating processes & various control equipments
including specimen preparation, bath preparation and its evaluation.
• Should be knowledgeable in pre & post heat treatment requirements of components
electroplating processes.
15. Dy. Manager (Assembly) Grade-III

Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Automobile or any other assembly line
• Liaison/interactive abilities with other internal & external agencies like Prod Eng,
Quality Control, External inspection agencies .
• Shall be able to plan & work out production targets with optimum utilization of
resources.
• Should have knowledge of production, planning & scheduling & material control.
16. Dy. Manager (Tool Room) -Grade-III

Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in manufacturing of tooling, precision engineering components in a Tool
Room involving all types of machining operations & finishing processes.
• Should be able to study the drawing – define the process sequence and achieve the end
product as required.
• Should be able to plan and organize production required in multi work center Tool
Room.
• Should be fully conversant with quality assurance, measurement techniques.

17. Dy. Manager (Quality)-Grade-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification
relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Should possess minimum 03 years post qualification experience in inspection and
quality management system and procedures.
• Should have knowledge of product and in –process inspection techniques.
• Should have knowledge of defect investigation, Corrective and preventive action, SQC
techniques and vendor quality assurance.
• Should have sound knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
• Should be able to conduct internal quality audits of various departments.
• Should be able to co-ordinate with various Govt. agencies and shops to meet the task in
time.
• Should have knowledge of computer operation.

18. Dy. Manager (Purchase/Stores/Logistics) -Gr-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with aggregate 60% marks +3 years post qualification
relevant experience, MBA Preferable
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in material planning, purchase, stores & inventory management.
• Experience in planning & control of Project & Non-project materials including capital
items, keeping in view the optimum utilization of materials for new projects, applying
modern techniques of material management.
• Identification of sources of supply of various items, finalisation of rate, contract license
agreements, vendor development and vendor evaluation.
• Should have knowledge of preparation of Purchase budget
• Should be conversant with commercial procedures in Govt. organization

19. Dy. Manager (Civil) -Gr-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Civil Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post qualification relevant
experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in construction of industry and Industrial Township having amenities.
• Should have sound knowledge in design, planning & tendering of building and
industrial establishments.
• Should have experience in assessment of contractors and pre-bid qualification
procedure.
• Should have knowledge on construction material testing norms and laboratories for the
same.
• Should have knowledge on safe working procedure and adherence to statutory labour
laws, and environment requirements.

20. Dy. Manager (Maintenance)-Gr-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3
years post qualification relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Should have experience in CNC Programming and Part Proving.
• Should have experience of using software like Catia, UG, Top Solid etc.
• Working experience on Siemens Control System will be preferred.

21. Dy. Manager(Tool Design/Tool Engineering)-Grade-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/Tool Design Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post
qualification relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in designing tools for machining operation of precision engineering
components on to all types of conventional & latest CNC machines to ensure desired
component dimensions & accuracies.
• Should be able to use latest computer technologies for developing the tool drawing as
per technological requirements.
• Shall be able to methodize the process sequence to achieve the desired tool parameter.
• Shall be able to co-ordinate with various agencies like shop floor, quality control , Tool
Room etc to achieve the results.

22. Dy. Manager (Project Planning) -Grade-III


Essential Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering with aggregate 60% marks + 3 years post
qualification relevant experience
Experience/Job requirement:
• Experience in project planning & monitoring in any complex product/multi product
industry.
• Should be able to study the feasibility of a new project and prepare preliminary project
report independently.
• Should have sufficient knowledge on budgeting finance, cash-flow, outsourcing.
• Should be able to carry out assignments in latest project software on computers.
• Should be conversant with PERT/CPM techniques.

AGE LIMIT/ RELAXATION/CONCESSION

28 years for post at Sl No. 01, Maximum age limit is 40 years for Post at Sl No. 02 & 03 and
Maximum age limit is 45 years for Post at Sl No. 04 to 22 as on 01.01.2009. Maximum age limit is
relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in respect of OBC candidates. Candidates
belonging to OBC would be required to produce a latest copy of caste certificate (Not older than 6 months
as on 1.12.2008) of not belonging to creamy layer in the form of prescribed by the Govt. of India at the time
of interview. In respect of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years (10
years for post at Sl No.5) for general category which will be over and above the relaxation admissible for
candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC. For candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of
Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1.1.80 to 31.12.89, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for
General candidates, 8 years in respect of OBC candidates and 10 years in respect of SC/ST candidates.
Relaxation will be extended as per rules in respect of Ex-servicemen/Commissioned Officers/ ECOs/
SSCOs, who have rendered at least 5 years of military service and have been released on completion of
assignment. Upper age limit for internal candidates (for Post at Sl No. 1) will be relaxable upto 50 years.

SERVICE BOND (For posts at Sl. No. 01 only)


The Selected Candidates will be undergoing a structured training for a period of 16 weeks. At the time
of joining, the selected candidates will be required to execute a bond to serve the Company for 2 years
after the confirmation in the regular rolls of the Company or reimburse the actual remuneration paid and
expenses incurred (including for the training), subject to a maximum of Rs.2, 00,000/- (Two Lakhs Only).

Short-listed candidates will be called for competitive written examination to be held at Bhubaneswar
only. Instructions regarding examination will be intimated to the short-listed/eligible candidates
individually by e-mail. Candidates short-listed based on the performance in the written examination will
be called for personal interview. Candidates will have to make their own arrangements for attending the
written test; no travelling allowance will be paid. However, Candidates, attending for Personal Interview
will be paid III Tier A/c train/bus fare by shortest route on production of proof of journey

For Post at Sl No. 3 to 22

Only Short-listed candidates will be called for Interview. Instructions regarding Interview will be
intimated to the short-listed/ eligible candidates individually. Candidates called for interview will be paid
III Tier A/c train/bus fare by shortest route on production of proof of journey

which is non-refundable (exempted in case of SC/ST/PWD) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in

(Code - 1304) only.
The Demand Draft should have been obtained between 05.01.2009 to 24.01.2009. Any other mode of
Application Fee (viz. MO/Postal Order) will be rejected.
The candidate is required to write his/her name and the application reference number allotted, behind the demand
draft and forward the same by ordinary post so as to reach the following address latest by 31.01.2009.The
