INTRODUCTION
International Human Rights Observer (IHRO) working together with Governments, United Nations and other International institutions to promote and protect the basic human rights of the masses declared in the universal charter of human rights of United Nations to build a global village of lasting peace, social and economic justice and development for the 21st century. IHRO is an independent, non-political, non-profitable and non-governmental organization registered under social welfare act 1961 in Pakistan and incorporated in USA and UK. It has more than 53000 volunteers members network in the country and playing a vital role against human rights violations on grass root level since its creation Human Rights Monitoring, Human Rights Education, Sustainable Development, Research and Human Rights awareness through national, International Conferences and Workshops and seminars is the major agenda of IHRO.
FOCUS MANIFESTO
In the first meeting, General Executive Council of IHRO decided that organization would focus on the Universal Declarations of Human rights and other charters of United Nations along with other regional standard and chatterers of human rights. Therefore the focus of agenda of IHRO will be provisions of: Human Rights Education Human Rights Monitoring Millennium Development Goals of United Nations Sustainable Development

Human Rights Monitoring
International Human Rights Observer (IHRO) is working as an observer group in Pakistan with its 53000 volunteer members network at grass root level. The basic aim of these members to act as an observer of IHRO to report the human rights abuses from their native area. Later, head office release research report on these reported complaints and forward these reports to national and international institutions.
IHRO is also doing its best efforts to collaborate with the Government of Pakistan and other organizations and funding agencies for the implementation of Human Rights Education in Pakistan.
IHRO is the only organization that got the mandate of monitoring of local bodies election 2005 with the 1500 observers in history of election commission of Pakistan. South Asia Peace Initiative Award 2004 by South Asian Center has been awarded to IHRO. UNESCO in Paris named IHRO Messenger of Manifesto 2000 for its contribution to the Global Movement for a Culture of Peace and Non-violence. IHRO has the initiative of establishing Parliamentarians Assembly for the Human rights in 2004. The main purpose of this forum is to raise the voice against human rights abuses in parliament through elected parliamentarians and recommending the changes in laws of Pakistan to protect the human rights IHRO held one all Parties national conference on good governance and human rights on November 1st, 2002 before general election in Pakistan, in which all political parties including ARD, PML (N), PPP and others signed National Consensus and Covenant on good governance and human rights. IHRO is linked with more than 100 different international organizations on different social issues.

MEMBERSHIP
Every adult citizen with sound and good repute, committed to the cause of Human Rights and Social welfare is eligible to become member of the organization, provided he/she agreed with and support the aims and objective of the organization and undertake to abide by the constitution by law of the organization and agree to pay the prescribed fee.

MEMBERSHIP FORM I support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights dated 10th December 1948 and all other charters, convent and protocols of the United Nation Organizations on Human Rights. I shall also abide by all the rules and regulation of the organization. TYPES OF MEMERSHIP Voluntary Membership Volunteers will be encouraged on behalf of IHRO to work for human rights in the community, according to the disciplines and rules of the organization. Furthermore, member will be given the opportunity to arrange and attend events organized by IHRO. General Membership General Membership holders are authorized to vote in the general elections of IHRO. They will be given different community responsibilities from time to time, which need to be conducted according to the rules and regulations of IHRO. Executive Membership Any general member of IHRO can become an executive membership with the approval of the executive committee and the president of the organization. The applicants will be required to given an interview regarding human rights issues and other activities for this membership. Union Membership IHRO has taken the decision to welcomed other Human Welfare Organizations and community Based organization (CBOs) to come together in partnership to protect the rights of our society for further enhancement and collaboration in the filed of education, health, justice, poverty, women and child rights etc. the organizations will be required to provide the copy of registration of the organizations issues by the Government of Pakistan.
