y name is Matthew Kim and I am currently attending an international school in Seoul. I am advancing into the 9th grade and will become a high school student. I am planning to obtain a position in biomedical engineering to enhance the lives of people and to ensure health to the people through teamwork, working through difficult obstacles, and inventive thinking. I will do this by following out my career plan. College/University I hope to attend a highly distinguished university possibly an Ivy League university in the U.S. I plan to major in biology and minor in chemistry. I wish to attend an university that would focus on science, especially on biology, chemistry, and other science fields. Earning a job At first, I would like to be an intern at a lab, or something in that nature, to learn about that environment. During my internship, I would like to have another job to pay for my life expenses. After learning more about that environment, then start to get a position where I can start to conduct studies and earn a living. I would like to try many different job positions to have the experiences of each one.

those places. It would be a good idea to start a internship or work under somebody for a low pay or low status. Then, hopefully work my way up. Afterwards, soon work with other scientists and be on my own. Then at the end, I hope to have my own lab and funding for my research. Pinnacle and end of my career At this point, I would enjoy working at the laboratory and I will strive to work hard to advance the view of society on science. I hope to have a research report that would change the scientific community and perhaps maybe earn an award for that. I also wish to leave a legacy in the scientific community. In addition, I would like to learn about different fields of science while doing my job. I wont go into many different scientific fields and not so deep. I would have a retirement, but I desire to still be able to contribute to my work through giving ideas.
