Tracy Bal Samagam (2nd) on Jun 13, 2012

Second Bal Samagam was conducted at SNM Tracy main bhawan on Jun 13, 2012. The topic of the Samagam was Satsang and Society. Bal Sangat members arranged, managed and conducted the whole satsang including all the sewa dal responsibilities.

Sobhit Noor ji, presided the sangat on the main stage. Sister Mehak ji, conducted the Stage Secretary role. Sangat started with Avtar Bani verses by Ashrit Sharma ji, explaining the first three principles of the Nirankari Mission.

All Bal Sangat members shared their speeches and devotional geets on the subject. Following are the brief synopsis from various speeches.
The meaning of satsang is when two or more people talk about God no matter where they are, in a car, house, beach or anywhere else. The reason we should come to sangat is because if a friend tells you to do something bad and you do it and you keep doing it, it starts becoming a bad habit. However if we come to sangat regularly we learn all the good things Baba ji teaches us. This helps us when we are tempted to do bad things. I am a tennis player and I have been playing for 4 years. There is a boy called Logan, he is 15 and a very good tennis player. He is one of the top 10 in the nation. My mom asked him who his coach is and where is he located. He gave us the name and told us that he is in Stockton. In the same way when we do good actions in the society people will ask us who our teacher is: Baba ji. I also remember once in sangat a saint said when we make a daal, we taste it with one spoon. If it is good the whole daal will be good. Similarly if we are good in the society then the people will say that the whole Nirankari mission is good. -Sister Saiyam ji A king got a palace of mirrors built and announced that all should bring their dogs with them and the one whose dog comes out unhurt, would be rewarded. Except one, all dogs came out bleeding because when they saw their own images in the mirrors they pounced upon them thinking that the same were rival dogs. Before giving the rewards the king asked the owner of the God how his dog came out unhurt? The owner submitted that before coming to the palace, he had got mirrors fixed in one of his rooms. Initially, the dog would bark and strike against its own images but slowly it realized that the images were its own and not rivals dog. Thus ones thinking changes when one understands the truth. That is why it is said: As the thinking, so the world. When one is blessed with God-knowledge, ones vision is transformed and ones ignorance is dispelled. Holy being inspires man to attain God knowledge, attaining which the ignorance is dispelled. If the mind understands this, it is freed of the evils of enmity, hatred and jealousy. Then call God by any name but there will be no hatred between the people as they have understood what Saint kabir has said: Kashi and Kaaba are one and so are Ram and Rahim. -Dhruv Sagar ji Spiritual Alphabets of HARDEV ji: H: Hand, Satguru always holds our hand, lets not leave it, A: Avtar Bani, Read Holy Avtar Bani and get blessed, R: Rose, Let us be like a rose, who gives fragrance even to the one who plucks it, D: Door, Faith can open even closed doors, E: Elephant, Keep your Faith as Big and Strong as Elephant, V: Voice Divine, Tune in to Voice Divine every month on www.nirankari.org.

Messages from the Main Vichar: 1. Today the Nirankari Youth is very integral part of the Nirankari Mission because youth has time, energy and spiritual direction to work and live, Which make them very different from the other youths. Nirankari youths are like Vector Energy in science terms. 2. As being saint, we should have firm belief and practice of Sharing like we see the difference in the traffic lanes of car-pool vs regular lanes. In the rush hours, its very visible that regular lane traffic is slow and cluttered, whereas car-pool lane traffic goes fast and shared with other people. 3. Like a slow running car in the left most lane can block the traffic in the fast lane for not following the road rules. In the same manner, saints also keep in mind to be in the direction and rules given by HH. 4. If the God is not happy with you, even then you can go to Satguru and ask for forgiveness. Satguru can still help you and bring you and God in the same alliance. But if the Satguru turn his face and not happy, then even GOD cannot help you. Thats why Satguru is considered higher than the GOD. 5. Sant Nirankari Mission itself gives its own introduction. Sant means saints and Nirankari means without any Akar or shape i.e. If the GOD is omnipresent then it has to be no Akar or Shape.

6. Society and Satsang goes hand in hand. If we abide by Satguru teachings then we become a better citizen and great saint which result in a great society. -Shobit Noor ji
