Training and Development Analysis at __________________

Introduction
The fundamental aim of training and development is to help the organization achieve its purpose by adding value to its key resource the people it employs. A formal definition of Training says it is any attempt to improve current or future employee performance by increasing an employees ability to perform through learning, usually by changing the employees attitude or increasing his or her skills and knowledge. Or simply put, training means investing in the people to enable them to perform better and to empower them to make the best use of their natural abilities. Companies derive competitive advantage from training and development. Employees become efficient after undergoing training. Efficient employees contribute to the growth of the organization. Growth renders stability to the workforce. Further, trained employees tend to stay with the organization. Training makes the employees versatile in operations. All-rounders can be transferred to any job. Flexibility is therefore ensured.

Objective
The main objective of this study is to analyze the training requirements and training process at UVJ Technologies and recommend improvement in procedures if needed.

Scope of the study


Scope of this study includes, but not limited to, the importance of Training and Development, effectiveness of Training and development procedures at UVJ Technologies, the role and responsibilities of Management and employees on training and development

Research Process
Research is conducted through primary and secondary data analysis, identifying the gap in training and development process and suggesting the improved procedures to achieve organizational efficiency. Primary Data: Primary data will be collected from employees through questionnaire, observation and interviews with the Human Resource and Management Team. Secondary Data: Secondary data is collected from research studies, industry reports, and employment trends

Conclusion
Data from different sources are analyzed to understand the requirements and process of Training and development at UVJ Technologies. The study will help understand the importance of Training and development to the management and employees of the company. The study will identify the gap between the ongoing processes and required training levels. This study is also aimed at providing improvement suggestions for Training and Development process if needed.
