The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is attempting to end affordable coal-based electricity for Americans with the Utility MACT rules. You can help stop President Obama's EPA from inflicting so much economic pain on American families by urging your lawmakers to stop the rule.

The Utility MACT rule not only threatens millions of jobs, but will cause a drastic increase in electricity prices and could damage the reliability of our nation's energy grid. Utility MACT is designed to kill coal as well as all the good paying jobs that come with it, while providing little -- if any -- environmental gain. The EPA itself says the rule will cost companies $10 billion a year to comply, and will yield just $6 million in benefits a year," notes Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe, sponsor of the resolution that will block the EPA rule.
