Process for Automated Testing:

The automation test Engineer will get involved with the test development activities during the early start of the project and keeps the automated scripts for the test spec. Once the Development release of the code is in place, the automated test are executed in a reduced test execution cycle. For the consequent cycle the new features are added to the existing test automation framework and executed as a regression tests with the new feature functionality tests. Automated Test scripts are also developed for stress tests. Every test framework has a Readme file which helps the execution engineer to know the test bed setup, automated test execution steps, test results analysis reporting, and bugs and fixes for any test suite related fixes.

Our test staffing solutions consist of Onsite, Offsite, Offshore Test consulting. The client can choose one or many models to suit personal and industry requirements to get qualitative, yet effective solutions.
On-Site Offshore
Complete requirements are sent to Rosh's location, ramping up the team as per the requirement. A Project Manager from the clients side from the client location will coordinate the project management Our test engineers supplement the customers team at customer location. An onsite project manager handles the project management. This setup is apt for onsite consulting with customerr's clients for scaling up their solutions platforms or technologies
Offsite
Complete requirements are sent to Rosh's location, ramping up the team as per the requirement. A Project Manager from the clients side will ensure that the project management will be executed smoothly
Engagement/Pricing Models
We work on flexible model to suit the clients requirement. The models we work are Time and resources model where the customer will pay for man hour basis Fixed Prices Model where the customer can pay the pre-fixed amount as agreed between the customer and Rosh. A mix of both can also be implemented sometimes.
