Mr. Delbert L. Fritchen Assistant Superintendent, Staff Personnel Services Unified School District Number One 2230 Northwestern Avenue Racine, Wisconsin 53404 Dear Mr. Fritchen: Thank you so much for your letter of February 15. As you know, I have a strong desire to teach at the high school or junior high school level in Racine. Presently, I am employed full time at the Gateway Technical Institute on the Racine Campus co-ordinating remedial and tutorial instruction in the Guided Studies Center. Since I wrote to you last I have continued my education taking a course entitled Strategies in Reading and another by the name of Urban Politics. I plan to study for the M.Ed, degree at Carthage College. Thank you again for your inquiry; please keep my file active. I would very much be interested in being considered for a position which may develop for the 1977-78 school year.
