Campaign Specialist
Level E/F Skill Sets: 1 year experience as Campaign Specialist & overall 3-6 years of experience. Someone who comes with Digital marketing experience will be preferred. This person will manage online campaigns using a CRM tool called Relationship Builder (RB) wherein he/she will be required to create, review and implement campaign Calendar, Campaign Request Form and own other campaign design planning. The person needs to build his/her expertise on Relationship Builder features and understand common issues and impact. Simplify campaign build by using the tool features and reduce turnaround time. Own Campaign Set up and execution and coordinate with stakeholders and third parties. Coordinate and review post campaign report requirement with technology vendor. Manage and Co-ordinate Change Control Process. Manage and Co-ordinate Knowledge Management Process Consult Brand on Campaign Planning Activities Contribute to Multi channel annual planning by owning operational feasibility and capacity analysis. Good understanding of Data Base Management Part of the work may involve working with iAgency & do email deployments. Good Communication & interpersonal skills North American Shift ( 5:30 p.m 4: 30 a.m ) Any graduate. Hiring parameters Digital marketing experience, online projects

Search Engine Optimization Specialist


Level- F or G Skill Sets: Minimum 3 years of experience of working on MOS products: particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook. Proficiency in excel is a must. Perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research & link analysis. Should be proficient in generation of reports from multiple sources, summarizing key results, and recommending next steps. Knowledge of Google analytics, HTML and other web technologies is a must. Build systems and protocols to ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc) Promote both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic. Help set performance indicators for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives. Provide projections for revenue and other metrics for SEO, SEM, CSE, Social channels and come up with creative ways to meet and exceed those goals. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies, including possible beta programs. The ability to measure success and demonstrate performance is critical to marketing. Intimate knowledge of Social platforms and trends. Impeccable time management and communication skills Good inter-personal skills and the ability independently work with the client. Candidate should be flexible to do any shifts which can range from ASIA to North America
