EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As we know the sarees and dress product sector is continuously growing. In this project report we will discuss about the textile which is slowly entering the Indian market after succeeding internationally.

This project report starts with the introduction which is named industry profile. After that the brief details of company profile. The project based on Shivram Processes product of sarees and dress. The brief information about all four department finance, human recourse, production and marketing and facts of company is also shown. Shivram processes could prove that in business sharing of Power of knowledge and Speed of decision can play a decisive role in its success. In the present Era of cut throat compititon, systemtic control of cost and undesirable overhead expense is the only way to bring a quality prouduct at a compititive rate. Shivram produces varoius types of sarees and dress products. The plant of Shivram processes is located near New Bamroli Road,Khatodara, Surat.

In Shivram processes all the departments works very carefully and take all the daily reports of their compititor from every where and try to complete with the compititor. While all the departments are readily very helpful to all the customers and try to fulfill their requirements. Shivram processes is commited to customer satisfaction and believes in providing the highest quality of product to the customer.
