Introduction
The Petroleum and Refining Industry faces numerous challenges including sustainable development, new technologies, regulatory consistencies and of course, workplace and environmental health & Safety. While the industrys implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems has yielded significant improvements in industry-wide performance over the past few years, it is essential that our preparedness for tackling a emergency maintains top priority with the implementation of the best knowledge solutions. This is a corporate requirement. To achieve the corporate goals, one needs to consistently improve your skills, knowledge and level of commitment.
Mobilization
Implementation
The Situation Assessment phase is critical and allows us to build a clear understanding of all SHE/OSHA training requirements In this phase, we will conduct a series of assessments, and meetings to better define the current state, build future state requirements and identify significant gaps in fire safety training system. At the end of the Situation Assessment, you will have the following: The details of the training modules In-depth details of the training to be imparted in these modules. Initial drawing plans The remaining phases build off of the Situation Assessment and include Strategy Development and ultimately, implementation. Implementing this methodology will result in many benefits, including: Improvements in overall life safety Mitigating Fires, Accidents,Leakages effective control measures through
Preservation of revenue through ensuring business continuity Reduction of costs due to streamlining of safety standards Enhancement of image and ability to leverage safety record with the public
The scope of this proposal only includes the consultancy expertise of UL. Once the project is finalized and fully understood (following strategy development), time associated with implementation can be more accurately estimated. Our focus is to ensure an excellent training school in the field of HSE. We are keen to establish adequate testing facilities & make this project a adequate and independent to International standards. Our proposal of the modules is given in the following pages
