Introducing Greg Eicke


My name is Greg Eicke and Ive been working at the leading edge of voice communications for the past 27 years. During that time Ive found the sheer complexity of many phone and data solutions to be a major frustration. The good news is that the complexity and all of its painful implications end with Greg Eicke!

Almost three decades in this industry has enabled me to develop what I call brilliantly simple phone solutions. These solutions will make communications and collaboration second nature for your workforce. And of course they save you big dollars in ongoing phone costs another reason why they are brilliant!

When it comes to VoIP, Ive found that most VoIP Technology vendors stretch the truth when it comes to what their VoIP systems can do.

I put this document together to help people become aware of the potential options (and pitfalls) when purchasing new VoIP phone solutions for your business.

Ive been able to piece all of this together because for the better part of my career Ive installed, maintained and sold Telephone Systems. This has also allowed me to provide sound advice from Feet on the street practical experience. The aim has always been to achieve the best solution and value for money for my clients.

Now onto the Why I Believe In Zultys I put this document together to help business owners better understand the techno jargon used today by slick sales people trying to impress CEOs and IT professionals. It takes years of hands on experience to understand telephony. My connection with Zultys products goes back to 2003 when the Regional Director of Zultys Technologies Martin Trigg, introduced me to Zultys shortly after entering the Australian market. Martins long term tenure with Zultys and Australian distributers is testament to the quality of a world class global company. The Products
Time honoured business telephone systems are inherently very reliable and stable. Then along comes VoIP, IP telephony and Unified Communications. Now we have telephones socialising with PCs, Smart Phones and Tablets introducing another set of potential integration challenges and support concerns. Heres why I believe in Zultys


TRUE ALL IN ONE SOLUTION
Zultys supports Windows, Mac and Linux environments. Meaning Voice Mail, Call Recording, Auto Attendants, Call Centre Agent Software, Call Reporting, Fax, CRM Integration, Client applications Remote working and much more are all contained in one tidy rack mounted box. Zultys will happily support Terminal Server and Thin Client environments too. Zultys is brilliantly simple, stress free to Install and incredibly easy to maintain. IP Phone System providers like ShoreTel require expensive servers just to operate elementary features like Fax, Instant Message or conferencing. Fancy that additional cost for multisite enterprises? Superbly feature rich with elegant simplicity a single MX 250 appliance runs on less power than a 75 watt light bulb. This is why Zultys is naturally 20-30% less than the challengers! And that doesnt include the extra servers running day and night. We just dont need all of that extra equipment and additional failure points.

INSURANCE POLICY or REDUNDANCY


We know Zultys is incredibly dependable, however to be sure to be sure Zultys have designed integrated RAID into the solution for disc failures. Spinning media (hard disc drives) usually have a useful life of roughly 3 years. Zultys, never resting on its laurels now include options for solid state media drives resisting contestants like ShoreTel discrediting conventional hard disc drives. Zultys redundancy works like this; lets say there are 700 users running on 3 x MX250 appliances you can simply add one more MX250 appliance as a redundant backup.
