Pareto Efficiency
Scenario There are 2 Barangays who is listed to have the most number of children that do not have enough nutrition or they are called as malnourished. Barangay Apple requested the 100 Boxes of food that will consumed for one week while Barangay Banana requested 60 boxes of Food for the 1 week feeding program also. The boxes was already delivered in each Barangay. The Barangay Banana estimated was wrong they dont count the population of the other of there place. The Captain of Barangay Banana requested again for another 20 more boxes of food immediately because there feeding program was alredy started. The Mayor tell to the captain of Barangay Apple that they will give 20 boxes of food in Barangay Banana. That make the captain of Barangay Apple worse off because they also need it for future use.

Allocative Efficiency
Scenario This year Barangay Sapa is listed as the most numerous baby born in the town based on the NSO. The barangay Captain requested the Mayor for Vaccine for the new born baby. A day later it was now delivere to there Barangay and now is ready to used.

Productive / Technical Efficiency

Scenario You can see the ruined town of Payapa, especially the Barangay Aliwalas. Many people suffered from diseases especially diarrhea and hunger because of ruined crops. The Barangay Captain requested the Mayor for support. The mayor fastly act on it and send boxes of basic needs of the citizen of that barangay. The need of the citizen was quench for a while and they found out that the supply is insufficient for the population of Barangay Aliwalas. The Mayor now already declared State of Calamity in the town of Payapa to use there extra budget for helping there citizens. The Mayor now buy more boxes of basic needs of the people. From now the Barangay Aliwalas already get the additional supplies.

Equity
Horizontal Equity
Scenario There are many teen ager are pregnant in Barangay Malaya. Because of its increasing number of unconfirmed pregnancy of the teens and even the adult ones, the captain of the barangay requested to Mayor for a 3 brand new Sound Fetal Doppler that will be use for confirming if the girl is really pregnant. A weeks later the 3 brand new Sound Fetal Doppler was already delivered and ready to use.

Vertical Equity
Scenario Barangay Tuyo is the hottest barangay in the town. Scarcity is every where in that Barangay, many of its people are malnourished the citizens of the barangay requested fo feeding program for 1 month. The officials of the Barangay now ask the city government for help. And the government already do there duty the foods is delivered but it can only be sufficient for just half month but aside from that the City Government also delivered different types of seeds that can be use for farming they also wanna do a plowing system in the barangay so it can grow crops and be a self sufficient barangay.
