Aim of the Study

The role of Human Resource Management has now assumed greater importance than at any time in the past. The world at large has started realizing the significance of HRM in business, not merely as a support function, but as one of the primary functions contributing to the bottom line. The businesses are recognizing HRs role as a value adder and growth generator, rather than simply being an internal business function. HR functions are getting more integrated into line management functions. The study aims at assessing the importance given to the HR practices by the organizations and how far the innovative HR practices implemented by the organizations contribute in employee satisfaction, employer branding, individual performance, organizational productivity and in managing change in the organization. It is requested that your assistance and quick response can help us to complete our research work effectively.
